3. For the the evaluation of previous education , which is preferable, WES or IQAS? i have a HND, spouse has a BSC

This ain't funny y'all. Gift Deed is supposed to assist with that na. I'm waiting for it to be almost month so I can apply. The funds came in less than two weeks, the account hasn't gotten much credit above 100k+ for about three months and the maximum it ever got is about 900k. Now I got 1.6m from family and did some deals with a couple of people that were owing me also paid back. I only did gift deed for the 1.6m.
Please what do you guys think?
When is it best to apply? My 60 days is due in 25 days time.

Help is needed asap.

Just write a letter of explanation explaining what your relation does and attach a gift deed. they could also write using his letterhead to CIC. you could also attach their bank statements.

Quick one: can someone source for funds within the first 20 days of the 90 days and keep it in one's account for about 60 days before submitting application? This will be fixed and no deductions be made till PPR. I know two guys whose applications were refused because of POF even though they eventually made the target, lumps sums perhaps were frowned at. Deed of gift, regardless.

Interesting! they were refused even with gift deeds. Was the money in their account or did they use a fixed deposit account?

You ll hv to liquidate the investment into a bank account and explain the source of the funds with a loe.

I don't think it was asked to upload Ielts and Eca. They requested for university certificate. You have already given your ielts and Eca numbers before. I didn't upload them as well

Pof will be shown after ITA is got.
You don't need to liquidate the investment in 6mths. A letter of explanation will suffice.
They say Iqas is faster. Search the forum for where it was discussed. HND is also higher thn bsc

Yes you can. You can tick the option of all provinces as well

NOC skill level B requires a college diploma or trained as an apprentice to do the job.
My questions are
Do CIC recognize local appprentice training which is supported with trade cert. e.g. dressmaker
Do pre-qualification work experience count?( worked for some years before getting a qualification to back up the work experience )

Read up guys, I know we all basking in the low ITA scores but realise that the process will now become very slow and will be scrutinised heavily. Make sure all d info u submit tallies with ur profile. They will reject over the most flimsy mistake so check and recheck and recheck ur application. And after doing that, guess what you have to do again? Yes, Recheck. A guy got rejected for forgetting to submit BSc when WES for the BSc was submitted. Common sense will tell the asswipe VO that he simply forgot and could be asked to submit, na rejection straight. VOs are now the new bastards so no mistakes. Use the LOE to ur advantage explain everything, if u be guy explain why ure a guy. POF is one of the main reasons why ppl get rejected, don't forget ur gift deed if someone is giving you the money. Other reasons are not attaching education certificates including WES and IELTS, job duties on your ref letter, not getting the appropriate pcc (we don't have this probs just get one from Alagbon). Once you submit, my advice is focus on something else, work, babes, guys, video games etc. If you start checking your profile every minute, BP go don blow b4 PPR show. Be patient. God help us all.

Guy u hv more info than we post Aor. I think for certificate upload post ITA it has to be your actual certificate. You are right though the VO shd have requested for his certificate. Maybe your friend shd appeal. How long does it take to deny an application?

I need an advice on this issue of work experience. I have a former employer(bank) that I did over two years with and I have also done over three years with my presently employer doing the same job/NOC. Is it necessary to put the bank since the highest point is for 3 years and above which my duration with my present employer covers? Thinking of the stress of having to go the d bank to get that reference letter.

Also will not putting the bank on my express entry profile affect my job search when I eventually get there since I intend to claim that I work there(bank) to have a high number of years of experience to brighten my chance of getting a job/better pay. What do you think guyz?

Finally, I have a request guyz! I need to boost my IELTS score especially listening to at least 8 and need a place/website I can download free listening test practice. Does anyone have an idea? My present score in L,S,W,R is 7.5,7,7,7.

You can use just the 3yrs for work experience and include your other job in your personal profile.
Use the online materials given by British council via mail for the listening. Search for ielts prep materials here you ll find some more. I think ieltsbuddy.com

Apart from above two points, I don't see why I shouldn't try it now, if I am qualified too. I have introduced some of friends with Msc qualification into it, and am wondering why I shouldn't try if I can get "two cert" with my current qualification. No big deal in trying, they say.

The Nysc issue is there. I don't think I can claim 1 year, considering that Nysc is 11months + 1 month leave. Apart from that, my set was the start of two streams in one batch and I was second batch which resume camp one month after stream 1 but completed service with them. So, I literally served at my ppa (a public sec sch) for 10months.

Any opinion or advise from you and others is highly welcomed.

1year is also equal to 1440hrs of full time employment based on IRCC definition. Calculate the number of hrs u worked

Been trying to get my eca done for my medical degree via Mcc and it's taking very long. However i have a masters degree and have already done eca for that. My clb was 10 and my crs score with the Msc degree is 447. I am worried that while waiting for my school to reply the svr my next birthday would reach and points would drop. I have already missed several Itas because i was waiting for the svr.

So question is would my Msc degree be okay to use? I have 2 years experience in noc 0311(hospital manager) and then almost 8 years as physician (3112)

You can use your MSc and also use Noc 3112.
Contact your sch and have them send the documents to MCC. Your sch may be waiting for you to send them the processing fees

Ontario usually accepts candidates with 400 CRS, not sure if they are taking at the moment. Check Saskatchewan too.

Congrats 40man!!!! Been a long time coming.

Yet to get an update as well. Try sending a case specific enquiry if it's past your processing time.
