This is nonsense. How can members of a church contribute to the building of a university and yet their kids will not be able to attend because of exhorbitant fees

As in life, there is a difference between Capital costs and Operational costs. Lecturers, Lab Chemicals, Travel, 24/7 Power Supply and Security are not covered by Church Money. You need additional funds to cover these.

Remember that most of these Private Universities have hostels that are not crowded like State ones and they include feeding in their fees.

Tuition Fees in the UK are about £9,000 and in the US they can be as high as $100,000.

Who raised this boy in the first case? We raise citizens like these when we fail to rebuke and correct our children at the appropriate time in their lives. I am sorry that it had to come to this for this woman and her son, but parents need to understand the theory of sowing and reaping, even in the upbringing of children. Correcting and smacking them don't mean you hate them. Pampering, and ignoring their silliness and bad behaviour while growing up is the ultimate hatred for a child.

The sad fact of this story is the lack of the mention of the father. The absence of a decent and responsible father is a major setback in the upbringing of male children. Think twice before you leave your wife and children or before you kick your husband out of the home. His sons need him if you don't, and you will both pay for it if you go-ahead.

Remember, your child will not die from the discipline. It will only make them wiser and stronger.

If the funding for these mosques is coming from the Government's purse, then the Federal Attorney General should be able to take the State Government to Court.

If they use State resources in building mosques, they will then start using the uneducated troublemakers in the State to start a fight against the Federal Government for development and start struggling for Quota representation where qualification is required. This will do nothing but drag Nigeria down and something needs to be done about it.

This article scares me a bit, because some people may take it serious.

Happiness between the wife and mother is the job of your husband. He is the one that brought you two together and he should set the rules of engagement between the two of you.
