please can this issue of confirming ur interview appointment end here!!? as long as you booked ur appointment with the right link and choosing the First Category/Long Term,and then with your PASSPORT NUMBER at the booking page, whether your appointment mail appeared in ENGLISH or GERMAN it is VALID! Mine appeared in GERMAN and I went for interview in this December,2017, gained entry and did my interview without sending all this confirmatory mail you guys are using to disturb the embassy.. enough of those nonsense!!!!! and the unnecessary posts of it on this thread!!

If you want to know if your interview is VALID, click on the link on the foot note of your appointment mail, if it ''displays'' you have booked appointment on the (date) bla bla bla...it is valid.

For the other guy who did his interview in December and whose documents were returned by the embassy via Fedex this week, be clean to state the incidents behind your visa refusal than creating panic to some people here and you couldn't be objective when answering questions people asked you to know why. As for me I already understood your issue that GERMAN LANGUAGE WAS A PREREQUISITE for your ADMISSION and which you DON'T have already at hand hence the sudden refusal of your application.

Thanks they said that I should try and get the language done with here in Nigeria not a rejection though as they didnt stamp my passport. So I know that goethe normally has a tight schedule that's why I need schools here in Lagos Abuja and ogun state where I can do the lesson at least then prepare for the external exam at goethe. Pls if anyone knows place I can check out in these cities, I would gladly appreciate.

I have been following this thread for a while now.
I have gotten a lot of useful info here.
I have been waiting on admission letter from 3 universities I applied to in October via uni assist.
1. University of cologne
2. Flensburg University of Applied Sciences
3. FH Aachen.

I only got responses from University of cologne for my username and password but no info yet on admission status.
I would like to know if anyone has gotten admission from any of these schools.
I am getting a bit worried. Does the application process really takes this long?

Has anyone confirm interview appointment lately? If yes, was the confirmation mail sent to info@diplolagos or info@auswaertiges-amt.de?
The later (info@auswaertiges-amt.de) hasn't responded in more than 4 days now.
And the former (@diplolagos) will always inform you that there's no appointment booking for this passport number (as confirmed by applicants on this thread).
If you have kindly share your experience.

2-3 page for your motivation letter is OK, remember it's not easy securing admission in schools here. Ur admission has guaranteed you that you are worthy of study.
