This is a personal experience, I thought it would be nice I share with you guys.

I bought a product in China via DHL, it took around 4 to 5 days to arrive In Nigeria, Bought something that same time from Jumia, it took 7 or so days to get to me, and kept wondering why should something sold within Nigeria in this jet age take so much time to arrive, I even called to ask why and they kept to their national anthem "sorry for inconveniences" . Now an item I bought from Konga 3 days ago arrived today, I was like this is how is supposed to be. Jumia has been annoying and they have refused to improve - been shopping from Jumia & konga since 2015 or so.

Sometimes I despair about the way Nigerians think. It takes years to grow a business and reputation which can be destroyed with a thoughtless post. You should not use one instance to judge a company but use their records over a reasonable period of time to measure their service delivery.I ordered a TV from Jumia express and got it next day in abeokuta. I order from both Jumia and konga and Jumia delivers faster. It all depends on the seller, I ordered a washing machine from Jumia and waited six days but the machine was not despatched so I ordered from Jumia again but with a different seller and got the machine the third day. The previous one which I cancelled came two days later and I rejected it.

Lack of a service center or coordinated repair centers is what's causing umidigi problem in Nigeria.I use Umidigi myself but would never advise anybody to buy one even though I like the A7 pro I'm using.

The war should have ended in 1968 when captain Makanjuola went through two biafran divisions to seize oguta, the only place remaining where biafrans could get supplies from the sea.To hold the town,he needed his arms replenished but that did not happen because Nigerians then like as now are incompetent and Gowon did not resupply him so he had to use his remaining arms to fight his way out of what was fast becoming an encirclement.Had he been supplied the war would have ended in 1968 due to fatal biafran supply issues and all those starving biafran would not have starved. Secondly Muritalas combat troops got through at abagana, it was his service troops,non combatants that were killed.Truth is infinitely more important than fabrications.

I'm African but lived abroad for more than two decades. I'm not maligning anybody but I prefer the truth and unfortunately truth is bitter.Hiding the truth in this case is wrong because the African Will not be ashamed enough to pursue excellence and do the right thing if you keep lying to him.I know of a few people abroad who would like to invest in Nigeria but they were scared off by the Yahoo Yahoo atmosphere, insecurity and the general perfidious nature of the Nigerian.People need to confront the truth so good changes can occur.

Lol, you want to compare the African experience which is mostly self inflicted with the eastern front 1941 to 1944. They are not comparable at all. The African is weak minded,vain ,superstitious,lust after wealth, selfish and carnal but the Russian circa 1941 fought endured and won despite more than five thousand russian warplanes being shot out of the skies by the Germans in one week.
