propsvila: I use to Laugh when I hear people like you saying that Igbos are running away from their Land. It clearly shows that you have not crossed the River Niger since you were born. Have you been to Nnewi to see the population of Igbos doing business there, have you been to Onitsha?. In case you don't know the development in Onitsha is fast spreading to other neignouring villages.
Have been to Ekwulobia, have you been to Awka, Abagana, Enugu, Abakaliki How were you able to arrive at this conspiy theory that igbos are running away to Lagos.
Just mention 2 cities in South west that can compete with Ekwulobia in terms of commercial viability and visible development
Thank God the think home Investment mindset has befalling on my fellow Ignos and it will not take long time it will be to your tent oh Isreal. Stop lying and face the truth.Ibo population in Abeokuta is much and the same applies in most Yoruba towns |

SmartMugu: The telecoms networks in Nigeria are scamming everyone using them. Who still keeps track of MB in civilized countries? Several countries have unlimited data, talk and texts for a flat fee per month. In other words, you can talk on the phone 24 hours a day, 30 days a month, use the Internet on your phone and send unlimited number of texts locally for about $50-$60 a month. So, who worries about MB in such places. The most I ever spent on phone was the last time I visited Nigeria about a year ago. Folks are getting milked by the telecom giants there.
Sometimes it takes you seeing how things work elsewhere to understand it could be better. mobile data is expensive all over the world but landline data which you can use over WiFi is not but guess what ,Nigeria has no landline data because of her corrupt greedy citizens |

Hizzy: Do you know that many of una woman no de their Husbands House 93% of the Alajia do leave their Husband waka since Some don already marry like 5times in a year Sadly you are not making any sense. Are you saying that ibo women who live with their husbands like indentured servants and suffer beatings and deprivations having been "bought" by their husbands are better with their miserable existence. Most human beings and culture are reasonable with their dowry requirements but ibos are just greedy. This could explain why the men turn the women into baby factories after marriage to get their money's worth leading to social problems in the country. Stop hiding behind culture and curtail your greed. |

lonelydora: All of you bashing Igbos with their list, are you people aware there is something called Tradition?
Could it be these lists is why Igbo women stay in marriage no matter the situation. They don't cheat, they don't run away when the situation goes wrong.
Igbo amaka. Marry an Igbo woman and have absolute peace in your marriage.
IGBO AMAKA! Are you implying that ibo women are slaves to their husbands,it would seem so anyway because the ibo man in my neighborhood beats his wife mercilessly but the woman put up with it.The husband is supposed to respect his wife but it is difficult to respect somebody from a family of greedy opportunistic slave rearing thieves. |

Princewell2012: Good day sir. Thank you so much. I have taken down your number. i will give you a call later. .Do not forget my advice to take loratadine which is an hayfever medication for a few days if the symptoms persist because you might just be suffering from hayfever which sometimes mimics malaria symptoms. Loratadine is not expensive and could be discarded if it does not work. The choice is entirely up to you but there is no harm in trying. |

kettykin: The civil war was where Nigeria lost it. When a small , Unprepared biafran enclave with only 17 rifles brutalized what was supposedly the military of the giant of Africa backed by Britain ,Soviet union ,east Germany ,Egypt ,Ireland ,Sudan ,Niger ,Chad, cameroon , Arab world etc for30 months ,so much so that Soviet union was embarrassed by the ineptitude of Nigerian military and Nigeria had no option but rely on non combatant tactics of starving women and children also justifying it with the saying that all was fair in war. It came to a height when the poorly armed biafrans wiped out 90% of the second division with an improvised, locally made ogbunigwe operated by a battalion led by a major uchendu in a small town of Abagana south eastern Nigeria.
Nigeria won the battle but lost the war . And lost it's respect and reputation before the world .
Biafra lost the battle but won the respect, admiration and a dignified reputation before the world. Grow up . |
That shouldn't bother you. Those whom he led to that war aren't complaining against him. What should bother you is why Awolowo chose to use rat poison for dinner instead of facing his fellow man. Or why Abiola chose same path as Awolowo, leaving this Earth in a disgraceful manner. Even the wife was not spared by those who scared Abiola to death. If such act is a hereditary trait in your....., I wonder what is going through your mind now. Considering that the two men are your role models.
|
