Sadly Airtel are the worst when it comes to stealing customers money. I've had several run ins with them. They always refuse to return the stolen money,only a lawsuit would stop the thieving lying corrupt bastards but then this is Nigeria: everybody is busy lying and cheating.

Nigerian heaith workers,be they doctors nurses or just clerical staff are always on strike for more money or some flimsy excuses.This is despite the fact that they are disproportionately paid higher than the rest of the population. These people whose god is mammon are callous, wicked and insensitive to the plight of the general population. I do wonder sometimes if these things are animals or just devils in human form and just present to inflict misery on Nigerians. I've only ever had practical experiences of two countries healthcare Nigeria and Britain. Obviously British health workers are far more compassionate and less greedy than their barbarous Nigerian counterparts. Has anybody encountered more wicked health workers than the ones in Nigeria who are always blackmailing the government and the people threatening them with death and pain if they don't surrender.. Why is there a no strike clause in their contract and moreover why not just sack all of them and begin afresh.

Alot of people have those VAS bit dont know except if they are the type that take note of their airtime always. I had to call them two weeks ago when i noticed N30 suddenly left my fone and the idiotic customer care said its because i was on their VAS.

It's not airtel themselves subscribing you silently but the fraudulent VAS company but airtel should have dissuaded them from doing it.
