I'm sure most of nairalanders here that have had issues with Clubkonnect have been with them for YEARS as myself. I have in the past had terrible experiences with them that usually cause me much troubles with my clients that doesn't what to listen to "we are working on it" response of Clubkonnect after confirming your claims when issues come up. Also, SINCERELY speaking, I have enjoyed their "speed of light" transactions (wallet funding and data delivery to clients),even up till 23rd to 28th Dec, 2017. Though I have a recent transaction issue on 29th Dec, 2017 (my username 08035161068) which is yet to be resolved as I type. I have communicated as usual via whatsapp, SMS and calls but no solution yet. One thing sure to be candid, Clubkonnect will surely fund my wallet but the challenge remains WHEN,... HOW SOON? .

1. Clubkonnect, do you now have more customers than you can handle with your resources? If yes, work on improving your database and gadgets if need be. It once happened to MTN Nigeria, they're better with their service now.
2. Clubkonnect, my fellow nairalanders will agree with me that your customer service needs SERIOUS upgrade and improvement. You should work on your silence when there's an issue or reading whatsapp chats and ignoring(coupled with your rat display picture, � �). Both the lady that receive your calls and the man on whatsapp need training on professional communications. There may be network issues which may not be directly your fault but your communication with your clients will help then wait while you attend to the challenge.

Apart from these complaints all over the nairaland pages, you guys at Clubkonnect are not bad. Thank you.

They have turned to scammers all of a sudden. I have a pending transaction since on the 29th of December, 2017 and I have not been attended to. I've tried reaching them through all their communication channels but all proved abortive. They don't pick their calls nor reply whatsapp chat. To safe yourself of headache I will implore you to stop using them and switch to www.Mobileng.com, they are reliable than clubkonnect at least for now. Inform anybody you know about clubkonnect recent scam so that more people won't fall victim. I've told everybody that I know to stop patronising them.

I don't even have ordinary OND and I have graduates working under me. Either hnd, Bsc, Msc and PhD, rely on certificates at ur own risk. To become rich in Nigeria is not as hard as people see it. All you need is God's favour, divine connection and capital to invest on lucrative business. N.B- Salary earners are not among the wealthy men in the whole world. Assuming I'm a salary earner, my life won't be this good financially. I always laugh in Chinese anytime I read posts like this. One simple truth is that most of we successful businessmen in Nigeria are either an illiterate, or 2.2, 3rd class or pass graduate. This kinda result won't make you searching for job, u will think of what kinda business u can do to survive coz u will believe that nobody will employ u. I'm a 2.2 graduate and a very successful businessman. Most jobless graduates are the ones with good results coz they believe in getting a good job with their certificate than going into business. @Op just venture into any lucrative business and you will see that 1st class graduates will submit their CV on your desk for employment.
