Nissan (Altima 2000 modeI) Automatic, petrol engine, 4 cylinder. I drive a Nissan Altima 2000 model, there is one day that I travelled to sango otta in ogun state and I entered a very deep flood coz rain fell so heavily that day. After getting out of the flood, I noticed the car engine started revving high once I accelerate slowly but will do normal when I'm speeding. When I got to my house, I took it to my mechanic and he said it is gear issue. I was shocked coz the gear was working perfectly well until I entered the flood. I took it to a guy who is a gear expert and after test driving, he said the gear is still okay coz it selects well aside the high revving issue. He told me that the only thing that can cause the issue is that the transmission oil filter must have been clogged after entering the flood. He now said he will have to wash the oil filter to remove clog from it and I will have to buy another transmission oil to service the gear. He said I will need 8 litres of the oil(4 litres x2). This issue still persists after servicing of the gear with new transmission oil. What else could cause this please? |

SaintHilary:You have said nothing but the truth brother. I don't see what's so special about this MIL overhype. Twice as tall is still the album of the year to me. |
Honestly this happened to my Nissan Altima 01 model. Mine started when I travelled to Sango Otta in ogun state. I entered one heavy flood that almost covered my car and when I got out of the flood, that was when this issue started. I was told that my oil filter must have been clogged that I should service the gear. I bought a new gear oil and the filter was serviced. After this the issue still persisted and I don't know what to do again. I have been managing it like that coz I don't want kazeems to be tampering with my gear. I will be glad if I can get a solution to this issue. Oga Gazzuzz abeg help me oo |

Shut the Bleep up F.G! You don't want them to lay off staff but you idiots laid off 500k npower beneficiaries under you. Etiya werey. |
monichannel:He always looks dirty no matter how expensive his wears cost. Same with Burna boy! |
mrvitalis:You are the illiterate here brother. Be more reasonable and think like an intellectual human. I will reterate it over and over again, npower is sustainable but our greedy politicians are our problem! |
mrvitalis:If looting the country since independent can be sustainable, why can't npower be sustainable? Do you even know that the money that can pay 500k npower beneficiaries for 10 years can be looted by just one politician? Bros, forget the theory of no money to sustain npower, our politicians are just too greedy. |
Jellyshine:Thanks for your contribution sir. I really appreciate. Pertaining to the fire incident, may God replace your car with a bigger one. Amen. |
Dear Nairalanders, I'm planning to change my car to another one but I don't know why I so much love this Almera Tino. I just love everything about the car and I'm planning to buy it but what is frightening me is that I don't know anything about the car in terms of durability, fuel consumption and availability of parts. Kindly advise me if you know about the car before I purchase it so that I won't regret buying it at the end of the day. Thanks everyone. |

josh123:They ain't gonna ease d lockdown bro, Buhari intentionally said that to allow each state Governor's decide whatever they want and they will later extend it and nobody will be pointing fingers at Buhari for the lockdown extension again. |
inoki247:Where is the maga that you want to dupe when the world is already in Corona trouble? |
It's a welcome idea so far it is just interstate lockdown and not total lockdown. Now my question is will we be able to go with out normal businesses like before or we will just be free to go out only without opening our businesses? |
I made a payment of #23,000 to one financial loan app(name withheld) yesterday with the intention of clearing my previous loan in order to reapply for another loan, but to my greatest surprise, I was told I am not eligible for another loan. I paid with all that I have and thinking of collecting another loan so as to survive this lockdown period but right now I'm totally stuck with no cash at hand at all. Can anyone suggest another loan app that is still giving out loans this lockdown period? |
datola:Hmmm... the funniest thing is that I have never seen her before. The real landlord who happens to be her father died six months ago and he willed the house to her. She gave me quit notice just after one week of willing the house to her and it is only her agent that she normally send to me. Both she and her agent are based in Lagos and the house is In ogun state (abeokuta). Even if I see her on the road I won't know her because I have never seen her for once. Thank you for your advice sir. |

Good day my fellow nairalanders, hope you are all doing well? I'm having issue with my landlady agent. What happened was that I was given quit notice 6 months ago to vacate this house by ending of last month, but due to financial difficulty, I couldn't raise funds for a new apartment. Last week, I paid for another apartment which is still occupied by someone planning to relocate to Lagos State by ending of this month and my landlady has already told the agent to inform me that she is going to start renovating the house by early next month. Now the problem is this, when I asked the guy the exact date he is relocating, what he told me was that he can't risk his life by relocating to Lagos for now coz of covid-19 and he said maybe when the pressure has gone down a bit then he can relocate. When I told the agent, he said the landlady doesn't care about the virus or not that I should just move latest on the 31st of this month. My wife also said she cannot risk her health because of one landlady that she should do her worst if she can't be patient till this virus outbreak goes down. So my people what should I do, should I report this issue to the appropriate channels or I should keep on begging her to be patient with me? I don't want to take any step that will make me guilty at the end so that is why I need your help on what to do. Thank you all. |
All these agents that always use total package to scare people away. why should I rent a house of 180k and you expect me to pay a whole 60k extra for total package? Hunger go soon dey mama all you agents coz most landlords are now wise, they now put house to let in front of their houses so as to deal with them directly without any agent involved. That is why most houses are vacant these days because of your yeye total package huge commission. |
