Skimanski, how do you know the difference between faucets that reduce pressure or don't reduce? I have a high tank stand, good pressure outside for my garden hoses but the faucets my plumber installed indoors cause water to barely trickle in. My friend with a similar problem got a pressure pump but now has to deal with leakages like you highlighted.

I plan to screed my walls, though I have already laid floor tiles
They are recommending I use MC40 or MC40 or better still cement
The cost is quite high, and they are charging 250 per square meter for labour and 850 if they get the materials
Do you mix these screed materials yourself? What ratio? What do artisans charge in Lagos for screeding?
They claim POP does not endure over time. Whats your take on this?

What material do you use for your wall screed?

This Argent Crystal was hand basin retails for how much? Is it sold with a WC?

It is made of Polyurethane.

It provides a more appealing look to the Floor base and Door Lines, in a colour Contrasting way. Imagine having the White POP Mold up and White Skirting Design on the Floor. with the Wall Paint in the Middle, that colour contrast becomes lovely. Furthermore you can change you skirting to any colour during painting. and paint to any colour any day.

The Prices varies as to the Design. The ones you see for the Skirtings are N2,550 for a length of 2.4m (240cm) and the ones on the door are N2,800 per Length of 2.4m. You have numerous designs of different prices and sizes. all depending on your preference.

I get them from my door Marketer at Orile. Once I place order for a particular Quantity, it takes 4 days to arrive at my Site.

So I can assume that its safe to use Total coolant? The one in my radiator is coloured yellow. Can I mix and be safe? I've been diluting with water and its getting pretty pale now.
