I did mine in Oshodi today. First typing of the passage given was recorded on our personal papers and we were instructed to type the same passage again for the second tym and they came around to collect the paper after jotting something on it.

Bros na only once we type d passage o, not twice and na oshodi centre I dey too......Jesu shanu!!!

Problem solving: if as a customer service agent, a customer calls in nd ask 4 his sim swap to be done by all means over d line, nd all agents have been barred from helping customers with sim swap, what ll u do? ..I re phrased it as I recollect d question.....

Just left d oshodi CBT centre 1 hour ago, mehn, I felt tense especially when I made a mistake with my ID. Typing test, I got low scores with wpm nd accuracy, but was exceptional in d oda two...Lord help us...Success to others....

To dose coming from long distance and dose who wants to reschedule, I would advise u reply that same email that sent u a success mail about ur CBT ASAP, u ll get a response in quick succession..@Mhizdiva, relax, u ll get an invite surely, don't lose hope yet.....and for dose asking of what to read/know about d CBT, I would advise you type etisalat CBT into d nairaland search box, am sure all information u need, u ll get it. And for dose who don't have a valid ID like me, just go with ur original waec certificate, u ll b allowed in....All d best fellas....

CBT Invite just rolled in for April 1st,....Thank God I made it, considering how I wasn't sure about my PPA test.....Hopefully we all become a bundle of testimony @ d end!!!!....

Is it possible to re-do d PPA test? Cos after I was tru, nd I got a response dat my score has been recorded, I tried opening d link, and it went through, a lot of errors nd questions left unaswered about this process......

Seriously this PPA test is tricky and difficult I won't lie, with the questions I was faced with, I can't say it was okay or otherwise.....something like most likely and less likely....God help me....really beyond what I expected....

the fact is they already want to give you the job. so its negotiation now that will decide. do ur homework properly n find out the remuneration the sch offers before d d-day so u can know how to base your negotiation

Evening house, I have just received another call from mictec school for a 3rd interview.... I av been tested on computer literacy, interviewed by the school proprietor...but I don't know what to expect in d 3rd interview....Any advice or ideas? Thanks

Went dere 4 interview last year, 4 d position of a customer service rep. The owner is a young ibo guy, but he asked me if I could work weekends, even sundays and public holidays, I agreed. He also asked of my salary range, told him 50k above.... Said he ll get back to me, but till date, no response. The place is a good environment to work. Best of luck
