Chioma will soon do this to Davido’s son .If he refuses to pay her bride price and marry her properly.

Wow!! To say I am overwhelmed by the support and encouragement I've received here since posting my journey would be an understatement. I'm crying because it feels like I have my family all around me supporting me. What a great feeling.
Ok, here's an update. I got for my BETA next Tuesday but i couldn't resist POAS'ing (peeing on a stick) this morning out of curiosity and it was positive grin I've promised myself I won't do it anymore and just wait until the BETA test to conclusively confirm it. But what a great feeling I had when i saw the positive sign on the digital test.

You guys are the best support group a girl could ask for.

Wow congratulations. As a fertility Nurse I know the complexity of the couple TTC. I know your children will be Big now. Hopefully this type of trend will continue on Nairaland, where people share their fertility journey with others. And how they were able to overcome the challenges.

As a lady I still find it hard not to do kwaya (drugs). Bad influence I guess or maybe because I saw my dad and his cliques doing it so it rub off on me

Been to rehab couple of times, currently taking a counseling class although I haven't attended for like a week...

I find myself doing it although deep down I don't wanna, but it is something

Please if anyone is going through this phase or has passed and overcome kindly share your experience to help conquer this war against drugs and alcohol

Thanks

But please @babitee1 i wouldn't mind to chart with you on ivf procedure in your clinic.

God is good. Congratulations! IVF most likely. They could also share their story to encourage others to welcome IVF as a means of conception rather than keep waiting for the day it will happen naturally
You are right.Nigerians need to be more open with their fertility journey.

I am a Nurse working in a fertility clinic and I can tell you for free that IVF is not still 100%.So anyone who does Ivf and have a child through it should still give glory to God. Some couple have spent millions doing repeated Ivf and all the money still went down the drain.

[quote author=Enskynelson post=79082378]Dear nairalanders,
I am a graduate of Microbiology and currently serving but I want to be a Nurse as I am more passionate about that and it also has more prospect than Microbiology both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Please, suggest and advise me on what I can do right now. I don't mind going to School of Nursing but will prefer any school that can offer me Direct Entry into Nursing with my Degree Certificate. But if that is not possible, I am opened to writing JAMB again and going for Nursing.
Thanks [/quote

I am a registered Nurse in Nigeria and I am advising to go to UK to do the Nursing program. Contact this number,He helps people that want to do nursing abroad get through the admission process.

Career / Re: Should I Continue Studying Medicine In Nigeria Or Should I Start Afresh Abroad by Babitee1(f): 5:39pm On Jun 22, 2021
Go abroad please. I missed this opportunity few years ago and I still regret it till today. The money and everything was available then but I declined. I already finished school then and the next year I got an opportunity to go and start same course afresh abroad but I declined due to some reasons. Now that I hungry for the opportunity, age is not on my side anymore and there is no money for that too anymore. Your own is good because you are still an undergraduate and you have not gone far with your medical course so it’s easy for you to still go and start another school afresh.
Career / Re: Is It Okay To Post Engagement Pictures On LinkedIn? by Babitee1(f): 1:11pm On Jun 22, 2021
Lol that LinkedIn that people usually toast ladies in inbox. As long as it’s a social media platform, people will definitely start posting what they want. But personally I don’t think people should start posting weddings and engagement there, except both of them met on LinkedIn and got married afterwards.
