Inspired,
A member of my family will call you soon, she will ask for the address of your show room. Please when she books an appointment to view make sure you are there to show her round. I don't like her to have to be waiting for you. She is a very important person. But people do underestimate her has she looks young and average.

The car is for her so if she likes it at a good price I will come straight with the cash as soon as I land.

I would have loved you to pick me up at the airport, but for security reasons, I can't do that.

Lets hope a deal will be struck on this one.

I am passing on your number 08098900889 to Naija now

See u
Properties / Re: Pictures Dont Lie: The Real Mowe And Ofada Agents Wont Tell You About by BAC: 10:15pm On Jan 06, 2010
Thanks for Educating the people especially those abroad. The hype about mowe is just too much. I have always advised people to buy cheap land in Ikorodu, but the mowe people always win with thier glossy handouts.

Ikorodu is the place to be now. Why? it is still cheap, population of lagos is spilling fast as lagos is one of the most populated city in the world, you can't go wrong with ikorodu.
The reason why I will not advice lekki is water, and the price is not as attractive as Ikorodu,

So my people shine you eyes
If you still buy in Ikorodu at the top end now (N2M) in the next few years you will see that it is still worth the investment. Those N250k land in ikorodu are all gone they are hard to find now. But you will still find N450k if you are lucky but location may be remote. But it is still worth the investment. In the next few years ikorodu will be very expensive and the land is very dry.

shine your eye

These people must realise that the ship is sinking. If the ship is sinking and you then want to turn the boat upside down, everyone will suffer. Why turn one problem into many problems, This is a typical Nigerian way of thinking,

I don't know what Nigerians are hiding when they want to sell house. Post the picture let all see. If there is no fraud involved why not post pictures.
You are also asking the customer if he can buy without seeing. How can one buy a house without due deligence. House sellers in Naija don't seize to amaze me,

Why not call a spade a spade. I remember the day everyone was rushing to America, American was the thing back then, After that Ecomomy problems start they all start rushing to the UK. After a while thier foolish thieving friends in the Gov told them there is opportunity in Naija. They carry thier bag and they go, to serve thier mother land. Now big corporations are sneezing in Naija,
Many companies have run down to Ghana, Are they going to carry thier bags now and rush to Ghana?,

And there are still some fools here in the UK and the USA that wants to go home to look for work. Be truthful to your self. Nigeria has nothing to offer. Nigeria does not even know you exist.

Business / Re: Business Areas That Need Investment In Nigeria by BAC: 1:11pm On Dec 04, 2009
Give a poor man 100 Naira and he will turn it to Zero Naira. Give A rich man 100 Naira and he will turn it in to 1000 naira.

That is why the rich rules over the poor and the borrower will always a servant to the lender.

Poor people can be very wicked especially in Nigeria, they have parked their brains for good. So no matter how much you tax the rich the poor's brains will still remain parked.

If you are In need of shop. I have a few of them. And they are all mine. One of the shops will be available possibly end of next week. I cannot deal with you as I do not have the time. You have to call my agent In Naija. Call Jossy and Associates on 08033703139.

The particular shop is in the Shopping Mall at Alade Market in Allen Junction Ikeja. So if you are intrested call him. But note this shop may go very quick as it is in high demand, if any other shop is vacant in the future I may post it here, but don't take that as gospel as I am too busy.

Good Luck

Siena:

Why do folk feel the man has done no wrong, just because others in other countries have done the same? Forget about Asians marrying their first cousins, etc, that's not something I agree with, but it's done in the open, not "underground." And that's a seperate issue. Would you become a murderer, rapist etc "for the love" of your child? God, whatever happened to doing things "the right way"? Why can't we as Nigerians, admit for once, this was a big screw-up? Here, the actions of this guy are being defended.

There are no half measures - sure, the guy didn't sleep with his daughter, but in the same vein, 20 years ago, a guy marrying his daughter to get her citizenship, would have been virtually unheard of. Consumnation will be the next stage, then folk will still say, "he did it for the love of his daughter." Untill we as Nigerians admit our errors, and learn from them, we as a nation are never going to move forward, there'll always be someone we blame when our disgusting plans come apart at the seams, in this case, the whistleblower's the bad guy.

What the guy did was wrong, and I honestly can't see why those that don't agree with what he did, are seen as being arrogant, and taking the moral high ground. The guys actions were as revolting as they were disgraceful.

To Siena, the colour of life is Black or white. I am not supporting what the man did, but Siena's statements were not made out of love for humanity. You are in the UK eating boneless chicken, fried rice in abundance, and topping it up with Coke and sprite. How then can you understand people that has a vision for progress in life in a nation where there is no job, no future.
Don't forget, you are here by the favour of God. If you go through what some people are going through in Naija you will see different colours of life. There is pink, green, red, light red, deep red, gray etc,

So all you have to do is thank God for shielding you.

Travel / Re: Nigerians! How Far Will We Go! Man Marries Daughter So She Can Get A Visa! by BAC: 5:32pm On Nov 18, 2009
Actually thinking of it. I think this guy and his daughter will get away with this scam.

Reason: There is no solid proof and they have published in the newspapers. If I was that man, I will sue the press and the home office and those that put pressure on the home office to investigate, I will sue them all for at least £1M and give my daughter a share of the win.

This looks like blessing in disguise for them.

I am not in support of breaking the law. But the question is who is the whistle blower? It must be a friend of theirs or a family member that knows what is going on. That is what happens to we nigeria we love boasting, especially when we have a little cash,

And i suspect these people are yorubas. I say this  with all due respect to Yorubas, but some of us can be very wicked,  DYOR
