Man Hires Neighbor To Get Wife Pregnant, Takes Him To Court For Failing To Impregnate Her After 75 Attempts Darius Makambako 30, with his wife Precious 28, really wanted to have a child, but a renowned doctor had told the couple that the husband was sterile. The couple was tired of being in a 6 year childless marriage. So Makambako, a member of the Tanzanian Police Force (Traffic Department), after calming his wife’s protests, hired his neighbour Evans Mastano 32, a fellow police officer in the country’s commercial city, to impregnate his wife. Since Evans was already married and the father of two beautiful daughters, plus looked very much like Darius to the boot, the plan seemed good. Makambako paid Mastano 2,000,000 Tanzanian Shillings (equivalent to K10,000) for the job and for three evenings a week, for 10 consecutive months in 2016. Evans tried desperately, a total 75 different times, to impregnate his friend’s wife Precious, but failed. Reports say Precious, a nurse at a private clinic, had decided to get a three months’ vacation leave (March to June 2016), to dedicate her time to sleeping with her husband’s best friend and neighbour, in order to have her first child, but the man failed to impregnate her, despite the husband leaving them in bed the whole day, at most times. When Precious failed to get pregnant for 10 months however, Makambako could not understand and insisted that Evans have a medical examination, which he did in January 2017. The doctor’s pronouncement that Evans Mastano was also sterile, shocked everyone, except his wife, who was forced to confess that Evans was not the real father of her two children, but his cousin Edward! “I was forced to secretly sleep with his first cousin for these two children, after realising that my husband could not impregnate me for two years.” Angela told the Dar-es-Salaam Today News. Now Makamboko is suing Evans for breach of contract, in an effort to get his money back, but Evans refuses to give it back, because he says he did not guarantee conception, but only that he would give it an honest effort. A 52 years old man, Ifeanyi Amadikwa has killed his 3 female children in Enugu. It was learned that Amadikwa, a resident of Nkwubor road, Emene in Enugu after commuting the act, dumped the corpse of the 3 children in a spoilt freezer. The names of the 3 children are Chidalum Amadikwa aged 11 years, Amarachi Amadikwa 8 years and Ebubechukwu Amadikwa 4 years. Daily Independent gathered that the mother of the children went to the market and left them behind in the house with their father but couldn’t find them when she came back. The Enugu State Police Commissioner, Abubakar Lawal, spoke through its Public Relation Officer, Daniel Ndukwe said the Operatives attached to Enugu Metro Area Command of Enugu State Police Command”, on *04/01/2022 arrested one male suspect, Ifeanyi Amadikwa aged 52, Enugu, for allegedly murdering and dumping in a spoilt deep freezer fridge”. He said “. Preliminary investigation showed that the suspect’s wife and mother of the children, went to the market with her only male child on 04/01/2022, leaving the others in the suspect’s custody. She, however, came back in the evening hours of the said date and could not find any of the three children. But while searching for them, the suspect drew her attention to the said fridge he had brought back home from his shop on 02/01/2022 and kept in their apartment’s veranda. And on a closer observation, the lifeless bodies of the children were found in the fridge with bruises, suggesting that they might have been murdered and dumped in the fridge. “Meanwhile, the lifeless bodies of the children were immediately moved to the hospital, where they were confirmed dead by medical doctors on duty, and deposited in the mortuary for preservation and autopsy. The Commissioner while commiserating with the mother, relatives and friends of the deceased children, has assured commitment to thoroughly investigate the case and ensure that justice prevails. The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has said that it withdrew the approval granted to Emirates Airline by the Ministry of Aviation following the refusal of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to grant equal rights to Air Peace fly to Dubai via Sharjah. The withdrawal of approval which takes effect from December 12, 2021, means that Emirates Airlines can only fly into Abuja (Nigeria) just once weekly on Thursdays, while its Lagos flight is suspended. The Director General of the NCAA, Capt Musa Nuhu, who said this in an interview on Friday, explained that the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika had granted Emirates Airlines the approval for 21 flights weekly, 14 to Lagos and seven to Abuja. He said that despite the Minister’s approval, the GCAA of the United Arab Emirates refused to grant Nigeria’s Air Peace three weekly frequencies to Sharjah, which the airline requested, rather, it approved only one frequency weekly. He said the GCAA had attributed its refusal to grant three frequencies to the Air Peace to inadequate slots in Sharjah airport, insisting that the Nigerian Government would continue to protect Nigerian businesses. He said: “The Nigerian Government was gracious to grant Emirates Airlines 21 frequencies it requested for. The airline wants to operate 14 weekly flights to Lagos and another seven weekly to Abuja airports. “However, Air Peace only requested for three weekly flights to Sharjah, not even Dubai airport, but the CAA refused the airline. The CAA only approved one weekly frequency to the airline. The only excuse they gave was that they don’t have enough slots. Where is the justice in this? That is capital flight out of Nigeria. Nigeria should protect its own.” In a letter with the reference number: NCAA/DG/AIR/11/16/329, dated December 9, 2021, with the subject ‘Withdrawal of Ministerial Approval of Emirates Airlines Winter Schedule,’ and signed by Nuhu to the Country Manager, Emirates Airlines, the regulator indicated that it has withdrawn the initial approval granted the airline. The letter read: “I write to inform you of the withdrawal of the approval granted to Emirates Airlines winter schedule. This approval was conveyed via a letter with reference number FMA/ATMO/501/C.104/XV/356 dated 1st December 2021. The withdrawal becomes effective on Sunday 12th December 2021 at 23002. “Please kindly note, henceforth Emirates Airlines is granted approval to operate only one weekly passenger frequency to Abuja on Thursdays.” |

Mrs Justina Agbumi, a housewife in Nasarawa State, has narrated how she got pregnant for her husband’s biological son. The woman, who blamed the incident on a frosty relationship with her husband, said things fell apart in her marriage after she was unable to conceive. In a chat with The Nation, Agbumi said being childless for 19 years, she was curious to establish whether she was indeed barren. She said she decided to put her fertility to test with the young man that was staying with them, not knowing he was the biological son of her husband. Agbumi said her husband, who is now late, had brought in the young man and introduced him to her as one of his relatives from the village. She said the relationship with her husband, which was once the envy of many, became laced with frustration because she was unable to conceive. “It got to a point that I asked myself if I was still living with the same man I married. He suddenly became a beast, calling me barren, harlot and useless, just because I couldn’t take in. “He was my best friend before we got married. We were ready to have children as quickly as possible so we could move on. “But after five years and more, there was nothing. I didn’t take in, so I became worried. “We went for several tests but we were told I had no problem but my husband had low sperm count and he needed to regulate his diet, which we did, but nothing changed. “Because he is the only son, his mother had already become hostile to me, visiting regularly from the village while my husband also joined her in frustrating me. “Before then, I visited places my faith would ordinarily not permit to, because all I wanted was a child. Yet nothing came out of it. “That was how I started living alone. I cried daily but that didn’t bring any succour. “One day, I got an idea and decided to test my fertility with another man. I realised that would be adultery of the highest order, but I also felt it would be lesser sin if it was with my husband’s relation who was staying with us. I drew the young man closer and made him my best friend since my husband had stopped making love to me for close to seven months. “Luring Godwin to start sleeping with me was a difficult decision but I was also considering my age. “I had never cheated on my husband before, but I had reached the limit of my endurance and the circumstances around me was not in my favour. “I concluded that I would test my fertility through Godwin. I had seen Godwin’s crotch during house cleaning, so I realised that his manhood was big enough to give me satisfaction, though he was only about 17 years old. “I started admiring him anytime my husband went to work. I would summon courage and make advances to him, drawing him closer to me with petty items. “In no time, he succumbed and we started having sex, though he was not too perfect because he had not been into it. “But I was teaching him. I also warned him never to reveal it and threatened to kill him if he opened up to anybody. “We progressed in that direction, especially during my ovulation period. In no distant time, he was able to impregnate me. I missed my period three months after. “I was very happy that the plan to test my fertility worked and that what my husband could not do for years, Godwin did within a short time. “One fortunate thing was that Godwin himself did not know that he was responsible for it. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t know that Godwin was actually the biological son of my husband.
