After a while of searching, I decided to watch an exciting action movie. I clicked on the movie name and saw many viewing options, including video quality. Another piece of generic nonsense where they hyped the mission and told me that it was extremely dangerous with $10 billion at stake and a device that could be used to destroy the entire global banking system and trigger World War 3. Then Fortune and co get there and run the entire thing like a walk in the park, there wasn't even a time when it felt like they were in real danger they just got around millions of dollars' worth of security, hacked everything, and kicked ass.

Hugh Grant's persona was the only interesting bit to watch. Mediocre action everywhere, cringe worthy dialogue mtcheeeew. No one even got a bruise here, give me a fuckïng break. 😒

the only thing I enjoyed in that movie was the ASMR sha

It's funny how they keep retconning these deaths from impossible situations without properly addressing them.

Apparently Letty's car was blown up but no one cared to notice that there was no body. I wonder if bodies just disappear from explosions with nothing left.

Then she ended up in a hospital somehow with no memories...till she was found by the villain.

I wonder what they buried in the funeral then

Same with Gisele, she fell off a fast movie car in a runway, no one confirmed her body.

People like to talk as if this first movie was solely about street racing when it clearly isn't...

The movie contains heist scenes but there is far less fight scenes...they aren't fighting like special agents or performing heists around the world...

But the current state of the FF franchise was never out of the realm of possibility...that much is clear after watching this first movie

They aren't doing supernatural stunts with cars here tho...and they are actually getting serious injuries...stakes are real here

Of course even in the backstory, no mention about the mysterious brother who somehow appeared in the future movies

If you ask me i think that was kinda the point..they gave us something different from what we were all used to and expecting..they have shown us already in the previous installments that you can't and won't win a fist fight with Toretto, that will be making it too easy for him...This one was a completely different kind of enemy, a more dangerous and unpredictable kind of beast far different from the previous ones Dom had faced before, this guy spent the last 12 years masterminding a plan to make Dom pay the ultimate price, he knew exactly how to hurt Dom, he didn't care about who could throw more blows..I don't know about you but I'm sure tired of watching the same storyline play out over and over again, Dom and the villain have one crazy fist fight, Dom somehow always end up winning the fight, then Villain later turn Family in the end...its pretty watched up and boring at this point..Dante Reyes to me is the perfect villain for Dom...

My point is since Judicial are the ones running things then they should be the ones in charge of Silo law enforcement. Not the Sheriffs. At least the Judge knows she's just a figure head. Bernard is slowly coming to that realisation too. The old mayor was the one completely oblivious to the facts and it got her killed.

They are spying on people, staging their deaths and silently breeding them out. They are 100% the bad guys.

Lieing to people and hiding the past from them is only going to cause the chaos and disorder they are trying to prevent.

What they could ve done is let people know the truth about the surface an what happened in the past. This could calm curious minds and make people do everything they can to avoid going outside to clean.

If truly humanity is on the verge of extinction, their methods are understandable...

Allowing people to know about the past isn't necessarily the best idea. So far, it is speculated that this knowledge about the past caused the last rebellion...that seems to be why they're keeping it a secret...

And for those who still want to go out, they let them go out...that way it serves as a warning...when others seen them die on screen...

There may be a revelation later on that confirms that the judicial are the bad guys, but so far I don't see them as that...
I see them using wrong but necessary methods to govern the SILO


Think about it, if you put thousands of people in a place, many will want to see the outside world...many will cook up conspiracies...
In 100+ years, the new generation will start doubting that there truly is something outside...and they will riot...

Judicial seems to be trying to prevent this...that is why they confiscate relics...this that reveal things about the history of the SILO or the outside world...

For example, a picture of the ocean will make people want to go there

People like talking about how the Fast and Furious franchise started as a street racing movie...

But in the first scene in the first movie was a heist with cars...

And we already had an undercover cop with unlimited budget driving a supercar and getting it blown up
