Hello iphone expert,

My iphone 7plus fell to the ground and i picked it up. when i touched the home button to unlock the screen, it asked for my passcode. i observed my passcode which comprises of the numbers 2 & 3 with other digits was not responsive. in other words, the numbers 1,2 & 3 are not responsive while numbers 4,5,6,7,8,9,0 are responsive.

I have done hard reset several times still the same issue.

when i try to turn it off via the power button, the slide button to turn it off is not responsive.

Can anyone assist with this please?

Most likely a board issue due to the shock effects. But meanwhile, perform dfu restore, if it's not working then your board is out.
