Romance / Re: Is It So Impossible To Forgive A Girlfriend That Cheated? by Bagsman(m): 7:30am On Dec 12, 2019

I know I deserve all the bashing I'm receiving here and more. But I wonder why it's very difficult for most to believe that I'm actually repentant about the whole thing. I know I really hurt my man which is part of my pain. I can never repeat such action no matter the circumstances with what I've learnt and I believe if I am lucky enough to get a second chance I'll be a much better version of myself and be forever grateful. It happened in the car because I wouldn't have agreed to follow him elsewhere by then it would be premeditated. I rejected every of his attempt to meet him anywhere else. Those were moments of weakness although it cannot be justified.
Well i dont like dashing out advice most especially for relationships but it seems u want him back badly but honestly i will tell u this if u truly want him back it will take time am talking more than 2yrs and u must constantly proof to him that u will never in the remaining rest of ur life try to do that kinda foolish act again u must proof to him that even to cross ur mind u wont let infidelity to come in the space coz honestly is very easy for woman to forgive a cheating boyfrnd coz but not the same if its the reversed case coz to him ur his temple, his confidentiality, his pride but u chose to break all this divine traits he sees in u coz u are weak and desperate for comfort...
P.s jxt so u know u gals like to have male frnds but lemme tell u a secret majority of guys frndn women have an ulterior motive so be careful on confiding in men coz we are predators lurking around to know when we will strike perfectly(ulterior motives defer from guys to guys) and i hope he forgives u... Wish u the best in life.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: 26 Million Job Seekers Applied For NNPC Jobs As Recruitment Portal Closes by Bagsman(m): 4:43pm On Mar 28, 2019
ikorodureporta:
Nigeria’s unemployment crises again came to the fore early this week as a total of 25. 6 million applications passed through the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) recruitment portal before it formally closed Tuesday.

A source familiar with the recruitment process told Daily Sun that the 25.6 million applications was mind boggling to both NNPC management and the Federal Government as it further painted the picture of the magnitude of the country’s unemployment challenge.

This was coming as data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) show Nigeria’s unemployment crisis worsened in the third quarter of 2018 (Q3,2018), as it rose from 18.8 per cent in Q3 2017 to 23.1 per cent in the third quarter of 2018, according to labour report by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

The NBS data revealed further that the total number of people classified as unemployed-which means they did nothing at all or worked for a few hours (under 20 hours a week) rose from 17.6 million in Q4 2017 to 20.9 million in Q3 2018.

On March 13, 2018, NNPC began massive recruitment drive to fill various positions at the graduate trainees senior officers, supervisory and managerial cadres with the opening of its recruitment portal.

Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division of NNPC, Mr. Ndu Ughamadu, had said the move was part of efforts to enhance productivity.

Commenting, Head of Tax and Corporate Advisory Services at PwC Nigeria, Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, said the combination of unemployment and underemployment figures in the region of about 40 per cent was responsible for the upsurge in applications, adding that some of the applicants are already employed but are seeking better opportunities.

He maintained that until government begins to take practical steps to grow the Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the over 40 million unemployed youth figure will continue to ballon.

He said there are over 30 million MSMEs in Nigeria lacking the right monetary policies to access finance and vocational training which may enable them expand and employ the over 30 million job seekers in the category.

He said NNPC may not employ up to one per cent of the application received which he said may be about 1,000 people or less, stressing that the remaining number returns to the labour market.

‘‘We hope that NNPC deploys merit because in the absence of that, you see all manner of list coming from politicians and the big men in Nigeria to take up the slots and at the end of the day, the purpose would be defeated,’’ he said.

For his part, Managing Director Cowry Assets Limited, Mr. Johnson Chukwu, said the figure should not surprise Nigerians because the public sector has not carried out a major recruitment exercise in the last four years, hence the pressure on NNPC. Chukwu said a rise in the country’s unemployment figure from 18.8 percent in 2017 to 23.1 in 2018, translating to about 80 million unemployed youths could have been responsible for the NNPC application figure.

He said to reduce the unemployment figure, Nigeria needs to grow the economy at about 10 percent, by coming up with specific industrial policy which will aid growth

People dont know who the shiites are this people are worse than any terrorist organisation for terrorists objectives is to gain recognition, or their grivances be met by govt or simply to destabilize a democratic govt.... But rrverse is d csse of the shiites this people do not follow the laws of the country they are barbaric and creating a state within a state there primary objective all around d world is to take over nations and establish a shiite govt this is the same case in kaduna, for my southern brothers if u can go to zaria and ask the people on the horrors the shiites have put them through in the last twenty years i swear even if its a movie u wont belive the story even the past governors of kaduna are scared to cross path with them including El Rufai is due to the military intervention he had d guts to speak about there matter..... So in short this people are bad news and it dosent matter whose the president or hia political party what d present admin did was right imagine d shiite members successfully looted the ammunitions in zuba alot of innocent folks would have died... And if u dont belive read the crisis in yemen, syria and iraq it is all comes down to this horrific people
