Dino98: You mean Buhari who is suffering from dementia and has notin upstairs is better than Atiku??
Even if u think so....are there no other options?? But to be so stupid as to say even if he can't spell his name u will vote for him. To what end??
Again I say Sir, u are part of the problem. If u can say and do a thing as that then it clearly shows u don't want a better Nigeria and if someone likes u get into office, u won't be any better.... Please do not waste you time on such people. Most of them a banking on the Buhari effect to get a relation elected or Buhari's return to guarantee financial gain to themselves. |

Politics › Re: Own Goal!! APC Shares Throwback Of How Saraki Sacked Kwara CJ. Nigerians Reacts by bakila: 1:14pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
UMAR911: Nigeria Government did not sacked the C.J rather suspended him pending the outcome of corruption charges laid against him. The tribunal under Buhari, conveniently ordered him to remove the CJN temporarily from his functions by an ex-parte order, which he promptly obeyed. The deception is glaring and no one is fooled. Removal is removal, it can be permanent or temporary, but the person is out of the way. |
Celebrities › Re: Yvonne Jegede Reacts To Marriage Breakup Rumors, Shares Hot Photo by bakila: 7:40am On Jan 27, 2019 |
oladele00: Almost everyone on social media voiced former Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun into resigning. Some even asked that the President remove her to prove that he's truly fighting corruption. When the brilliant woman saw that she truly erred by submitting a fake NYSC Exemption certificate, she did the honourable thing. She tendered her resignation letter and left. She RESIGNED! By that time, those of you ethnic jingoists didn't see Kemi as a Southerner. You screamed at her, cyber bullied her and even hurled abuses at her. Now it is the turn of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, who admitted himself that he 'forgot' to declare his domiciliary accounts which was loaded with £23,409, €49,971 and $391,401, including 55 houses undeclared, and by so doing, he breached the Code of Conduct as a Public officer and was suppose to have resigned straightaway if he had any modicum of honour, integrity and shame as the custodian of the Nigerian Law, but he didn't. Instead, he was doing everything to stall his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. All those times, you didn't call for his resignation the same way you did with Kemi, you didn't bully him to resign the way you bullied Kemi, you were instead urging him to stay on, you were drumming support for him and some of you that were deceiving yourselves with your forming neutrality didn't say anything all this while too, you deliberately turned dumb. When it was first revealed a fortnight ago that the Chief Justice of Nigeria didn't declare his domiciliary accounts with dollars starched in it, all you were vituperating was that the President wanted to remove him because he's a southerner. You acted dumb on the offence he committed. Now that the CJN has been suspended, those of you fake neutralists are now crying foul. You're screaming that democracy is in danger. Can y'all see how nonsensically hypocritical you are? Your hypocrisy is legendary. Your hypocrisy stinks. You shouted and bullied Kemi Adeosun into resignation but aiding Onnoghen who can't explain how he got the foreign currencies starched in his domiciliary accounts which he didn't declare plus 55 houses. A whooping 55 houses. Instead of the CJN to resign honourably and go clear himself, he was busy running from pillar to post buying injunctions to stop the case against him. Just a couple of days ago, another $630,000 and $800,000 was discovered in his separate domiciliary accounts again. Y'all pretended you didn't see the news, abi? Sensing that he could be suspended by the NJC, the CJN quickly suspend their meeting indefinitely. Why? So that he can stay on. You can imagine! You asked Kemi to resign but Onnoghen who was selling justice for dollars and deliberately didn't declare those dollars in his domiciliary accounts including 55 houses should stay on, and he should be left alone. Arrant nonsense. PDP ARE SUPPORTER OF CORRUPTION Did the president ordered her prosecution? Did he order her to return all the money she collected from her fake NYSC certificate, which he caused her to receive from Nigeria? Buhari is officially the MUST CORRUPT NIGERIAN. |

Politics › Re: Ben Bruce Attacks Oby Ezekwesili Over CJN Suspension by bakila: 11:45am On Jan 26, 2019 |
alizma: politics is a game, in fact, a "rough" game that must be played within the law. I don't know if there is sinister motive behind Onnoghen's suspension but whether there is or not, the Buhari camp with the help of Onnoghen himself has played within the law. 1. the law that vested right on Buhari to appoint CJN also vested on him the right to suspend the same person and also the right to appoint another person to act in his capacity. go and read Nigerian Law interpretation act. 2. the suspended CJN by his position is not expected to be found wanting or claiming ignorant of certain portion of Nigerian law or declared himself not sound in mind(Forgetfullnes) 3. Onnoghen has a written acknowledgement, admitting that he is rightfully accused but sighted forgetfulness which is not recognize by law as excuse. 4. Before the politicians get you into shouting what you don't understand, Onnoghen has only been suspended not sacked
Now let's look outside the law 1. Assuming that Onnoghen is from Kaduna, Katsina or even Kogi and a case like this comes up of which he admit but Buhari decides to retain him, will Nigerians from the east in particular have support and praise Buhari? 2. before you criticize Buhari, remember the Kemi Adeosun's case. ignorant was not taken as excuse then why now. Your position is flawed on all grounds. The President ought not to act on an Ex-parte order obtained against the head of the judicial arm of government behind his back, when he is available to be heard. These is very wrong, tomorrow a vice-president will be suspended by an ex-parte order of court. Governors will set up such tribunals and use it to suspend the speaker or members of the House of Assembly, CJ or members of other commissions established by the constitution to ensure accountability and due process. There is definitely ulterior motives, for this desperation, which is constitutionally and legal wrong. |

The best that can happen to this country right now is to vote Buhari out and try someone else and that person also fails to deliver he should be booted out when the time comes too.. I concur. The arrogance of APC will lead to that. |

ManirBK: my brother this your argument does not count in the north east, Atiku can not buy their conscience, they know what it was like in 1999/2007 and 2010/2015 respectively. President Buhari's support in the north east excluding Taraba is much more than his support base in the north west, quote me anywhere, Atiku will be defeated in Adamawa by Buhari. Three months from now, the returning officer for Adamawa state will have the result. |
