I have seen some adrenaline-intoxicated Igbo youths type this online: 'Biafra or death' and they probably are half-believing it too until death stares them in the face. But hey, it is an issue to be discussed another time.

I was just wondering how the supposed leader and indefatigable mobilizer of the 'Biafran' people, Nnamdi Kanu has not yet renounced his British citizenship. I mean how can you be encouraging people to die for your cause when they do not have the capacity to escape when trouble starts but you can rush to any country without needing a visa?

Your followers would not even have the Atlantic Ocean as an escape route in the land-locked Southeast. It is not even like it has not happened before. If Dim Odimegwu Ojukwu could flee despite his stellar pedigree and education, it is easy to see how Nnamdi Kanu would jump ship after a few brushes with real conflict that he is angling for rather blindly.

Dear Biafran agitators, tell your dear 'leader' to renounce his British citizenship first and hold on to 'Biafra' 100%. At the moment, he is playing you for fools and you are falling like people that aren't thinking.

I am a bayelsan, ogbia to be precise. I stayed in osiri road, Ekeki yenagoa.
I have moving round bayelsa for the past two weeks. Week before last, I was in Niger delta university in amassoma to see my cousin who school there. Last week I went to my village in ogbia to give my father some foodstuffs and some money.
Why am I stating all of the above? It is because of the acclaimed quit notice being circulating around the internet by some acclaimed agitotors. I think these group should stop trying to rubbish the brave name of the Niger delta, we are no coward. The only agitations groups we know in Niger delta are the agitations forces of tompolo, boyloaf,ateke and asari. These men are the real agitators of the Niger deltans. If any quit notice has been issued and didn't come from any of these agitators, then that quit notice is not from the Niger delta.
Even when GEJ loses his reelection, these guys didn't issued any quit notice. Pipeline Vandalism were as a result of the federal government interest in arresting tompolo. You may see with me that after FG withdrawn it arrest, pipeline vandalism stops.
Please and please, people should stop bring Niger delta name to rubbish, we didn't issued any treat.
I am in yenagoa right now and it is calm, same to amassoma in southern ijaw and ogbia. I only heard of this treat on nairaland and some blogs. If this treat were to be true, I will have started feeling the heat right here in yenagoa. I have not heard of anything like that here in yenagoa. But if the northerners go ahead with their quit notice, I believed there will be a retaliation in many part of southern Nigeria. The Yoruba's did not physically abuse us, so we have no problem with them. If the Hausa go ahead, we will retaliate but we will not victimize the Yoruba's cause the do us nothing, unless they also partake in the quit notice issued by the northerners.


In bayelsa, no form of agitation inAp driving out the yorubas and the Hausa. Bayelsa is very calmed.

If anybody can wake up one day and insult a race as great as Yoruba and we've some elements backing him for political reasons, then the bastard child just woke up. You can't abuse my father and expect me to respect you. APC is a political party and not a race, Yoruba is not a political party, therefore the difference is clear. Nigeria is a zoo in Kanu's view, meaning his parents are animals within if I've to reply him.

​Minister of Information and culture, Lai Mohammed has stated that he has been vindicated with the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from London.

Buhari took off from London Saturday morning to return to Nigeria after 100 days of medical abroad.

Speaking on NTA while waiting for the president’s arrival at the airport, the minister said there would be celebration at the home of every Nigerian over the recovery of the president.

“We’ll, to say I have been vindicated is an understatement. I am happy and I believe so is every Nigeria. There will be surely celebration in the home of every Nigeria today,” he said.

Asked if there will be any party to welcome the president, Mohammed jokingly said, “I heard the NTA is organizing a party and we will join you guys to celebrate.”
