The real anger of these Northerners is that they hoped that Igbos would have been like Yorubas by now, singing the tune of 'one Nigeria' while suffering the whims and carprices of the North.

The fact that Igbos are still demanding their independence 50 years after the war is seriously annoying the Northerners. The successful sit at home was the final straw that broke the camels back.

Northerners have never met people like the Igbos. They wish there was a way they could snap their fingers and make all Igbos disappear so that they can continue their economic and political domination of Nigeria unchallenged.
Here we go again with another deluded round of Igbo cheating beating. You lot sound really pathetic I tell u.

Hello nairaland, please help a brother I just came to a consciousness that I can't do thing's by my power again. I have relied on my capabilities and have failed. Now I know it's only God that can direct me right.

I have made a resolution to get closer to God but I can't do this all by myself

That is the reason I came back to Lagos from the north.

I currently stay at Abule Egba Lagos and I need a good church that I can be committed to and would help my spiritual and physical life even if it is not near Abule Egba. Since I don't have the holy spirit yet to lead me to a good Church.

Please tell me a good church that can bring me back to life.

I really need your help .
Guy proceed to the East, do not wait in the West I beg. Your journey never end shikena.

It's not insult competition. You have not said Anything. The same man who was buharis running mate. Believe and spoke a lot about restructuring. Supported the national conference and participated.

Now the same buhari is in power, has disregarded the report and restructuring.

Even disregard judgement from courts, Even DSS Appointment.

But he has lost his voice, when even Afenifere is speaking louder.
Why not locate his phone number and iron your problem with him? 0why disturb the rest of us with your tantrums? Is Bakari responsible for your failures on life? How many Igbos have spoken up about political situations in the country? Why not call out all those Igbos first? Has God forsaken some of you Igbos that you can no longer use your brain or simply shut up.

Nigeria really has a long way to go!

Ipob is an organisation with secession agenda. Some Igbos disagree with Ipob and yet IPOB has always pursued its campaign in a peaceful manner.

At no time has Ipob threatened non-Igbos in the South East nor asked them to abandon their livelihoods and leave!

Here we have a group of youths threatening the security of Nigerians of people of Igbo descent because they live in the North

No serious Nation anywhere in the world will discretely entertain this nonsense by arewa youths and quite frankly the quit notice by arewa youths will only only make IPOB more popular among Igbos !

Nigeria has a long way to go! Attitudes like that of the OP is why Nigeria will not make progress anytime soon!
We do not want to just make Biafra agitation popular they want to enforce it n I support it. Let every Igbo in Nigeria knows that he or she is worthless in Nigeria n Nigeria or every other tribe can do without them.

Politics › Re: The Missing Link Of Igbo Quit Notice From The North by Ballmer: 5:38am On Jun 11, 2017
Some of you Igbos are plainly mad. There is nothing else to add. I chose not to trade any bigotry today. Imagine this one dreaming the north will invade Lagos Ogun to protect Dangote's investment. Does Dangote not know that his investments are completely safe in the SW even if Nigeria split? Only the Igbos abhors such fear due to the bigotry they have been trading and sincerely if I have any power to make it happen I will ensure that every single Igbo that does not pledge allegiance to the new SW country and give concrete assurance n prove never to visit or deal with Biafra will escape such action.

I will put in place extremely stringent rule barring any transfer of fund from the West to the East. All such fund shall be declared illicit n confiscate with fiat. Anyone partaking in such act shall have access to all properties to his name monitored or outrightly confiscated for economic sabotage. All those not able to pledge allegiance shall be deported forthwith but like I said I have no such power hopefully someone not as embittered as I am will be at the helms of such affairs to save the day.

That's because biafrans are of no significant good to the Americans.
Politics › Re: Likely Scenarios If Biafra Goes by Ballmer: 2:04am On Jun 09, 2017
Nonsense all that is needed for Nigeria's survival is a little bit of sacrifice from the north or they lose completely. Once Igbo leave grant resource control to every state and nobody will even want to go anywhere depending on how well this is managed. This is a win win situation for everyone that stayed back. The NigerDelta will triple their accruing allocation. What is shared among the 6 Igbo states will also be shared among the rest of the country that should shore up the revenue that will be lost from the increased allocation granted to oil or mineral producing states.

The rest is left to how well each state is able to manage it's own part of the national wealth. Shikena.

How to achieve Biafra in ten years or less
1.Form a political party with self-determination and self-rule for Igbo people as a platform. United Progressive Party(UPP) may already be positioning itself to be that kind of a party.

2.Elect majority of the region’s local and state government officials from that party. This will solve the problem of who is supporting Biafra and who is not amongst the ethnic minorities around the Igbo area.

3.Have two-third of elected officials sent to Abuja elected from that political party. You will be sending a clear message across Nigeria and the world, and the agenda of these officials in Abuja will not be ambiguous.

4.Once two-third of all elected Igbo officials are from this political party with a platform that says self-governance and self-determination, a pseudo- referendum would have taken place.

5.The party can demand a regional parliament in Enugu to govern themselves, similar to what happened in Scotland and Quebec. At this point, the government in Abuja will concede to demands to devolve power from the center as they do everything to delay the inevitable.

6.After a few years of regional governance, if so desired, then demand a formal referendum from Nigeria. A referendum to leave Nigeria can take place in 6-8 years time.

7.If the referendum passes, Biafra can be a state of its own.

God bless Biafra, the land of the rising sun.
The only sensible comment have read from an igbo all my lifetime.

Obi of Onitsha, Enugu state government all denounced Biafra. That's to be expected, Nigeria as its structured favours all the elites from all groups, even if Northern elites takes the lion share, the other elites still gets enough share and so wouldn't favour change to the status quo that Biafra represents where they know they might no longer be relevant in the scheme of things.

But, we know better. We know that the average Igbo man in the streets of Enugu and Onitsha is a Biafran by heart.

Can we say the same thing about the average Urhobo man?
Have you been to Abraka, Sapele, Ughelli and other Urhobo enclaves before? Cos I have, and I know the general sentiments prevalent there, best believe it's very Igbophobic and more pro Nigerian.
Are you a member of any Urhobo Facebook page? I guess not.

So in essence, you know nothing about the mindset of the common Urhobo man towards Biafra and Ndiigbo in general.

Yet you feel you can speak on these issues, can't you see something is wrong somewhere. Someone/Some people pushing this multi ethnic Biafra agenda didn't do their homework well.

But they need not worry, cos Patriotic Biafrans like me, had already done this homework for them, and the result is exactly what I'm giving you. But, hey! You mustnt take my words, you can go on your own fact finding, start by joining an Urhobo Facebook page, and then visit Urhobo land. From Onitsha to Sapele is not far.

So in essence you are saying the Igbo house of rep member that proposed the SEDC were talking selfishly out of their own greed and not the collective well being of the south east right ?

OR do you disagree & chose to list argument pleasing your whim and caprices ? Hopefully you comment is not another fable to rubbish representative and elders of nationality not supporting your cause while you praise yours just like the way you Igbo killed the prime minister, premier of both the northern and western region only to spare both Azikwe and whoever the premier of the eastern region was back then.

As far as Nigeria goes your opinion is inconsequential. Wait to be a govern so you can implement your initiatives or lobby to have it delivered and let the governor do whatever he desire with it. Remember he also has is own set of initiatives that earned him the sit so ordinarily am sure he believe what he as to offer is wanted by the people than what you have to offer.

Politics › A Call To Checkmate Nigeria Divide And Rule by Ballmer(op): 12:09pm On Jun 04, 2017
This is a Nigeria story narrated as a family. A family where the British is the father, three adult children among others with the HausaFulani, Yoruba and Igbo in the that order. I have been disturbed as to why Nigeria as been plagued with so many problems and could not deduce any logical conclusion. I grew up to understand the British, the military represent a section of Nigeria's problem so i naturally believed all problem should be solved with the introduction of democracy. Sadly all it did was raise bigger problem so I research further to why Nigeria problems could not be tackled head on to build the great country we desired.

I believe the problems of the world is a very simple one and could replicate world successes back home. I do not believe in magic, I can not say I believe in miracle but I believe a God is supreme to all earthly creation so I strongly believe God is not ready to make Nigeria great. My reason is as basic as my knowledge of world history. I marvel at how China out grew Japan Europe & even Russian. How UAE 'Dubai' developed into a great tourist destination even American and Europeans love to visit. How Brazil quickly transformed itself, Turkey with the rise of Erdoğan, Malaysia, Singapore etc. Back home having critically examine why Nigeria can not get the basic things right talk less of taking on complex issues. I have realized just one basic issue is the problem plaguing Nigeria. I do not have a name for it but the summary of it all is after the death of the father "British" leadership fell squarely to the eldest children who only inherited the outdated ruling skills from the father.

Last week witnessed the turning down of the SEDC south east development commission bill. I had a good laugh over it remembering how the Igbo supported and turned down the Lagos special bill by Tinubu but thinking further I realized Nigeria is sitting on a tripod of HausaFulani, Yoruba and Igbo. The three section proposed three bills which is NEDC, Lagos special bill and the SEDC. Clearly only the most UNDESERVING section which destroyed and devastated it's own region for whatever reason got it's wish. The south needs to look at the bigger picture here, if the north deserves a NEDC, the east should have it's own SEDC and Lagos and the west should be entitled to it's special bill. The south must sensitize itself and work together whether in distrust or trust. The more the south which include the Yoruba Igbo and NigerDelta convince each other in forging an alliance to demand the north does what is right and fair to all the faster this country will develop.

Stop twisting and dodging my question, how many threads have you opened that supports your love of the Niger Delta?

How many threads have you opened to condemn Fulani rape of Urhobo women and girls right there in the Niger Delta.?

How many threads have you opened to continue the fight from where Saro wiwa stopped?
He does not need to open any thread to condemn the Hausa Fulani rape because it is obvious who the immediate threat is and that is the Igbos.

How many thread have you opened to condemn the long throat of your Igbo clan over the NigerDelta oil ?

How many thread have you opened to preserve the identity of the NigerDelta ?

How much did the Igbo support Sato Wiwa's fight or NigerDelta initiatives ?

Stop screaming like a rabid dog all over the thread let the Igbo desist from their dubious ways n leave the NigerDelta alone to themselves. The Igbo's can go away or go to hell with the 5 igbotic States in their enclave.
