TemplarLandry: Wike has guts! Mayyne, I just like his O.G (Original G**gster) style of dressing. Reminds me of Don Corleone from the “Godfather” movie.
I dedicate “No Diggity” by BlackStreet feat. Dr. Dre and Queen Pen to him. Great jam!
KomonSense: If I were sanwo olu , this is an opportunity to become a godfather in Lagos and western politics.
Because Tinubu's attention is divided in national politics
Make him try am. You think this is not the way of the boss above to tell Sanwo-Olu to situp and stop being too comfortable? If he does anyhow, he'd be impeached and Tinubu would endorse that.
Racoon: Let how Nyesom Wike who fought for governor Diri to win against Lyon and APC in the last gubernatorial election in Bayelsa would turn around to fight PDP.
Blueace247: The recent exchange between Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso and Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), brings to light the complex and often contentious nature of Nigerian politics. The video where Ganduje criticizes Kwankwaso's support for the demolition of buildings in Kano showcases the ongoing rivalry between political figures.
Ganduje's comments suggest that there is more at play than just a policy disagreement over the demolition. The references to Kwankwaso's alleged aspiration for the position of Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and the assertion that he is seeking to reset the Kano master plan add layers of personal and political motivations to the discussion.
It's not uncommon for political rivals to engage in verbal sparring, especially in the lead-up to elections or when positioning for power. Kwankwaso's party's response, as represented by the NNPP National Publicity Secretary, underscores the desire to distance themselves from this particular conflict and focus on their own agenda.
The spokesperson for the NNPP Presidential Campaign Council's dismissive tone towards Ganduje's remarks indicates a desire to downplay his statements and diminish his relevance, suggesting that the party might view these remarks as an attempt to gain attention rather than engage in meaningful discourse.
As Nigerian politics continues to evolve, it's important for citizens to critically assess such exchanges, considering both the policy implications and the political strategies behind them. This incident highlights the ongoing complexities and personal rivalries that can shape political narratives and outcomes in the country.
Taylor92: That is what Unity and none tribal government looks like
If there were Hausa & Yoruba mixed with Igbo in Abia you won’t achieve this
If Nigeria wasn’t forcefully mixed with three different tribes that has nothing in common rather than hate we for don achieve one goal since days
Revolution for don happen
But where you’ve three different humans and races forcefully joined together that’s why Nigeria isn’t moving forward
Try to lock up ABUJA and demand for good governance you’ll see Yoruba politicians telling their people that Igbos or Hausas wants to take power from them
Same thing applicable to other tribes
Divid this country una no gree
Are you sure people from Otti's village/town, LG, senatorial zone, etc, are not feeling that this is happening because their son is the one there. Even in Abia, there's no unity.
Unity is not uniformity. Even Ojukwu said it. Check my signature and read what Azikiwe said on that.
Zealll: [s]Foolish southerner are busy developing abuja airport instead of developing airport in the south, osun has no airport for 32 yrs now, why will the north ever take them serious
A northerner clown like Dino, will still be relevant than the so call educated southerner leaders[/s]
Karemarealty288: Kwankwaso is about to lose his political relevance in North, the man has no political strong will. Was very available at the cough and sneeze of Tinubu, that I know may not go down well with some of his supporters....the worst is that he went to lobby for ministerial appointment of which Ganduje and Co gave him a bounced cheque.
This NNPP whose only asset is Kwankwaso has the guts to even say they're suspending him. If not for Kwankwaso, who knew NNPP? They're mad. LP is nothing without Obi. NNPP is nothing without Kwankwaso. Sai Madugu!
Some reports also suggested that the NFF are planning to bring the Technical Director of the country’s football federation, Augustine Eguavoen, back to coach the team.
This people are mad, wallahi. The same Eguavoen that failed to take us to the world cup? They're mad.
BreconHills: It's quotes like this that spawn misunderstanding.
Unless INEC has released a new touch based device capable of transmitting touch/press votes direct from device to server this statement is false.
Once there is a manual process aka thumb printing, counting and tabulation/writing you do not have straight through processing which the statement implies.
Language is important - transmission implies an instantaneous and single process through a device - which of course this is not.
It's with statement like this that they put the life of corp members participating in the process in danger.
ivolt: What's the point of this? Isn't it better you transmit on that day instead of promising now? What happened if another cyber "attack" happens?
Don't mind them. They're announcing so that Yahaya Bello can plan on ways to prevent people from where he's not popular from coming out to vote. He'll unleash mayhem that day via his thugs.
Feintline: Boss of kano. Outside of kano, kwankwanso is empty. All the noise he was bragging about being this and that. Podatti beat him ruthlessly in the north.
You're just speaking through the lower side of your brain. How many governors did Obi produce? Kwankwaso would do better than Obi if Atiku wasn't in the race. It's the religion thing that worked in Obi's favor. He should come back in 2027 let's see how far he can go. He should do it back to back like Buhari , then we'd know what's he's strong at.
Kingosytex: Kwankwaso is bigger than NNPP. Watch him flaunt another party and still be the boss. Man commands massive followership up north.
Imagine the fools suspending the only person that made them relevant. They're dead. They're going to be without a governor, house of assembly members, NASS members in the next 24 hours.
TrustNone: Hello guys, I graduated earlier this year but couldn't serve as I wasn't eligible for NYSC as I was above 30 years of age when I graduated.
Coming back to Port Harcourt, I applied as a Subject Teacher in several schools, went through several interviews and made it, after going through their salary rates, I had to go for the highest bidder which is 40k and I'll be Teaching two subjects..
Now the thing is, I lied heavily that I'm a experienced Teacher during the interview and added imaginary and non existent schools to my CV, what made me scaled through the interview here was that I researched and also went through several threads and noted down all what could possibly be asked and I also obtained lesson notes and lesson plan samples from one lessonnotes moniker, researched, practiced, found a topic and revised and scaled through the micro teaching, the next day I was offered the job.
Now schools would be resuming two weeks from now and I don't need to fumble, guys please any insight on what is expected of me as teacher?
How often should I give assignments? Where do I get the syllabus and textbooks? How often should I teach a topic, should it be one week per topic? Any other thing I need to know? Your inputs would be so highly welcomed.
Every school has syllabus given to them from the ministry of education or so, what to do in every week of the session is stated there. You have to check it and prepare ahead.
thomasjoe: Well said except the last phrase (in my opinion ) Kindly note that You can't be truly loyal if your loyalty is not tested and you prove it successfully!
Who's that preferred candidate of Obaseki that he's ready to pulverize his once loyal ally in the person of philip Shuaibu to make sure the person succeeds him?
What Shuaibu did to Oshomhole is coming back to him. What Wike and the other governors did to help Obaseki to fight Oshomhole came back to him. What Obaseki did to Oshomhole would be done to him.
What goes around comes around.
God, I pray not to be in a position to betray anyone. I pray that my loyalty to not be tested.
