Point No.4 is invalid. THE FEAR OF FAILURE IS THE BEGINNING OF SUCCESS.

Point No.6 does not apply to evry1... THE FIRST CLASS GRADUATE IN MY SET IN THE UNIVERSITY READ HIS BOOKS LIKE EVRY SECONDS OF THE DAY ND HE WAS ABLE TO GRADUATE AS THE OVERALL BEST IN SCHOOL OF SCIENCE (FUTO).

Other pts.... I AGREE.
Fear of failure can make u pass however, d LOVE OF SUCCESS will make u do better

why did you opined that it isn`t workable in Nigeria? Except the fact that everywhere in Nigeria is noisy with lots of activities and distractions which also can`t be opined for areas like the Government Reserved Area (GRA) and other exclusive residential areas.
You see, my friend, the kind of area you live in or the level of discipline of the family, one comes from influences the level of one`s discipline towards how he/she faces life challenges or does things generally. Or you have ur reasons of which i would be glad you`d let out.
D part where u wrote
"So if you must study, ensure that you`re well healthy, sound in mind and also ur full attention should be focused on ur engagement."

Well healthy, full attention & sound in mind appear 2 describe a perfect situation

Dnarvaez:
All points enumerated by you are right.
To add to it :
This issue all boils down to the zeal for achievement. But when the zeal is not there, nothing can be achieved. And also self-discipline comes into play in times like this. Then also, another cogent reason that leads to students failure in exams is when they study under bad contidions or a not so friendly or suitable atmosphere, and also trying to catch two birds at a time e.g. Reading and listening to music at the same time, chatting on social media, watching movies, how possible?
Eventually he/she would lose out on both sides. So if you must study, ensure that you`re well healthy, sound in mind and also ur full attention should be focused on ur engagement.
U ar describing a perfect scenario that isn't workable in Nigeria

i was expecting some more tips....

it is a nice write up but its not all about how to learn a skill, you also have to be financially literate as i put it....people have the money, have the skills and they know how to start but fail terribly in the area of managing their finances. Common what is credit and debit they are clueless.
...

Entrepreneurship is the key to moving this country to greater heights.
I agree wif u but if u start a business u'l eventually learn financial intelligence. Its a learning process &
note dat d writeup is directed 2 students & there primary purpose is learning.

shachris02:
the president of your country has first class abi? Dangote has first class abi? Abi Bill gate or carlos slim, the richest men in africa are first class graduates? When you graduate with a very high GPA, all your mindset would be to go find a very good job because you can't just let that fantastic GPA go to waste. I repeat, people with high GPAs would always be under people with low GPAs. That's the way the world works so you better deal with it.
Dangote, Bill Gates, Carlos Sllim and any other person you wish to mention did not become rich and successful because they had low GPAs. They became successful because they worked hard. Whereas MOST students have low GPAs because they are LAZY & NOT-INNOVATIVE.
So, people with high GPAs would NOT always be under people with low GPAs rather lazy guys will always be under hardworking guys.

people would high GPAs would always be under people with low GPA. GPAs are crap.
Your assertion is not entirely true.
However, it is true that being under or above does not depend on on our GPAs but that doesn't mean that "people would high GPAs would always be under people with low GPA"

Some people should please chill. He didn't sing about obscenities. Its about tge song and who its glorifying, not necessarily the instrument through which its delivered! huh
In God's Kingdom is just about the song or who 'its' glorifying but more importantly about the 'VESSEL' ... the church alter is not for performance but for Ministry

IBB was a Maj. Gen in 1985 when he overthrew Buhari and he spent close to 8yrs in office. Enough time to become a full General.

Abacha was a Big. General in 1985. He spent 5 yrs as a head of state plus close to 8yrs under IBB that is a total of 13yrs before becoming a full General.

Mumu, your history you don't know the only thing you know is to chant change!
