Intelligent Document Search and Knowledge Retrieval Project Overview Businesses often store important information across CVs, employee handbooks, training manuals, company policies, product catalogues, textbooks, and other documents. Finding specific information usually requires manually opening files and searching through pages, which can be slow and inefficient. This AI-powered knowledge assistant allows users to upload documents from Google Drive into a secure knowledge base. Once indexed, users can simply ask questions in natural language, and the AI instantly retrieves relevant information from those documents, making access to knowledge much faster and easier. The ChallengeMany organisations accumulate hundreds of documents over time. Employees spend unnecessary time searching through files to locate information they need. Some common challenges include: >Important information spread across multiple documents >Time wasted searching manually >Difficulty finding the latest version of documents >Slow responses to customer or employee enquiries >Knowledge becoming difficult to access as documents increase The Solution I developed an AI-powered document intelligence system that transforms static documents into an interactive knowledge base. Documents are automatically imported from Google Drive, converted into searchable embeddings, and stored in a Supabase Vector Store. Users can then ask questions in plain English, and the AI retrieves the most relevant information before generating accurate, context-aware responses. The system also maintains conversation memory, allowing it to remember previous interactions and provide more natural follow-up responses. Key Features> AI-powered document search >Google Drive document integration >Supports CVs, PDFs, textbooks, manuals, company policies, and other documents >Semantic search using vector embeddings >Context-aware responses >Persistent conversation memory >Fast retrieval of relevant information >Reduces time spent searching through documents >Easily expandable knowledge base Technologies Used Workflow Platform >n8n Business Applications Human Resources Employees can ask questions about company policies, training materials, or staff handbooks. RecruitmentRecruiters can search hundreds of CVs using natural language instead of reading each document individually. Example: "Show me candidates with experience in React and Node.js." Schools Students can upload lecture notes and textbooks and ask questions while studying. Customer Support Businesses can upload FAQs, manuals, and documentation to create an AI support assistant. Legal Firms Quickly retrieve clauses from contracts and legal documents. Healthcare Search through clinical guidelines and internal documentation. Finance Retrieve information from compliance manuals and operational procedures. Business Benefits >Saves time spent searching documents >Improves access to organisational knowledge >Provides instant AI-assisted answers >Reduces repetitive questions >Improves employee productivity >Makes information easier to locate >Scales as document collections grow Workflow Overview This workflow automates the complete document intelligence process. >Document Processing >Downloads documents from Google Drive >Converts documents into embeddings >Stores embeddings in Supabase Vector Store AI Conversation >Receives user questions >Searches the vector database for relevant information >Uses PostgreSQL memory to maintain conversation context >Generates accurate responses using OpenAI My Role I Designed and developed the complete AI automation workflow, including: >Workflow architecture >AI Agent configuration >Google Drive integration >Vector database implementation >Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflow >Knowledge retrieval pipeline Project Snapshot Industry: Artificial Intelligence / Knowledge Management Category: AI Document Search & Retrieval Platform: n8n Vector Database: Supabase Vector Store |

Uhmmm,so they are trying to make up for the fall in price of crude oil by sacking pple instead of them to cut unnecessary expenses in the federal budget.I believe we can survive in dis country even if the price of oil is $30 per barrel, though that's if there is no corruption. |
