What course in Ireland would you suggest for someone that has HND Lower Credit in Mineral Resources Engineering but has been working in IT/Telecoms for about 14 years. His interest is basically in IT or Telecoms. I've been trying to help him search for relevant University and course in Telecoms & Networking, but it seems there are few options. Most options are in computing or Computer Engineering which are for core IT graduates.
