Crime / Re: Police Admit Killing Barrister Elias Ugwu In Error by Bankowner: 10:08am On Mar 15
I fail to fathom the kind of response and defense the police is giving over the indiscriminate killing of a human being. Over zealous, trigger-happy set of people who will run and hide if it was real criminals they encountered.

Nigeria is blessed!
I can't say any more than this.
Otherwise, how can you describe the way money is being shared, yet the purse is not empty?

Can this be true?
Or is this one of those ploys to award contract going into billions of naira that eventually will not be executed but fully paid?
In Nigeria, the more you look, the less you see.

Politics / Re: Tinubu Withdraws Ruby Onwudiwe Nomination As CBN Board Member For Supporting Obi by Bankowner: 9:43pm On Mar 14
And so the king and the policy makers of Nguru land continue to hobnob, meeting in the dead of night on how to further ferry the wealth of Nguru to distant lands. In government, I was taught that the king, the policy makers, and the guardians of the policy are supposed to be separate and independent of each other. Not in Nguru land.

What crime has she committed by collecting money from a man after the pitiful display by her husband? Very quiet transaction, no noise. You should be thankful that she's not the kind of woman who will give the man fire for fire and show him better craze in the same public that will make him shiver grin grin grin grin grin

I don drop mic.
casualobserver:

But you deem it ok for a married woman to collect money from another man in the presence of her husband and collect his number?

The real reason you can’t respond is you lack good home training and I have outed you.

Again cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
casualobserver:

You are clearly not well brought up. If you were I wouldn’t have to explain basic rules of behaviour to you.

Your post highlights why when we want to marry we enquire which family the bride or groom is from.
Family / Re: Share Your Thought (picture). by Bankowner: 1:26pm On Mar 14
See you derailing the post!

Is this about man and man or man and woman?
It is a man who appreciates a woman who stood up in defense of the poor wife, teaching the hopeless man, also in public, how best to treat a woman. Besides, in the scenario, did the woman fight him? Taking the money and handing it to the husband translates to a fight in your lexicon is what you're telling me. Na wa o!

I won't exchange insults with you, I am way above that. It is always when a man has nothing to say that he resorts to insults.
casualobserver:

You really are daft. Read my initial post again. Because a mad man starts to fight you on the streets so it is ok to join him in a fight? Why are you people so daft.

If I hear una again!
A man that will shout on or at his wife in public over anything at all is not worthy of that woman and does not deserve her. So because she is a woman she should sit quietly and stomach the embarrassment abi? Those type of men are those that give Africa a bad name where it comes to treatment of women. A woman should only be seen and not be heard and as such should take all the rubbish heaped on her by a man because she is married to him. My yoruba people will say the woman should take whatever bad thing the man does to her as shea butter cream and rub her body with it. O ma se o!

I wait for any of you to cross to this side I am at, shout at your woman in public and I won't be surprised if it’s a cop that picks you up. If you’re lucky that doesn’t happen, pray you don’t meet your bag waiting for you at the door when you get home. Women don’t suffer shame, embarrassment, disgrace, trauma, emotional, and psychological abuse through spoken words in your worlds. Na until man beat woman or kill am e don do wrong abi? Yet there are men who go beat up another man because he cheated on and hurt their sisters. Do I blame them?

casualobserver:

Your being a man does not automatically confer you with sense. You could be gay or be a man without sense based on your initial post. Note I said in my original post there are good/bad men and women. Good people do not embarrass their spouses especially in public and good people do not condone those who do. That you think it is ok for a married woman to take money from another man shows which category you belong.

That mindset is why good men will not marry women like you in the 1st place. Having said that a good man will not shout at his wife in public. So I guess when a bad man marries a bad woman like in this story, whatever they see they see.

They are back to the era of trading blames and holding other people responsible for their inefficiency and failure. With so much money going to the federal, states, and local govts as security vote, one will think the nation will at least be 95% safe for citizens. But no.

I assume your local pastor or imaam will know when you'll die. Except you don't do anything for the church or mosque.

It is not about human or God. If that man has invested so much in that church, God suppose Sabi am.

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3: 7

Must GO's name be dragged into everything?

That moral police had better keep quiet!
For the sake of God, the poor girl is grieving the loss of two parents and a sibling and he's expecting her to get up because the person before her is the vice president. Even if it is Jo Bid*en, the situation does not demand she stands up. The moral police should as well have wanted her to kneel down.

I am not a fan of Herbert, I will say. But on this one, I will defend the girl in the moment of her grief.

If you are the one being trained, then you need to understand your lessons as taught by your instructor. It's no biggie. I got my G2 in January and going for G soon.

If you have this many people that were purportedly ruined under the Bishop, they should come out and talk. You cannot be their mouthpiece. If you were a victim yourself, then relay your story.
Zwooks:

Were your own amongst those who died from his lack of Godly leadership and stewardship? Have you seen people who first habd gave their all only to be ruined by his bad leadership?

The man is one i have come close to as close as having childhood friends who are in constant personal touch with him. And i yet say, he is an unhealthy human being that should be avoided at all costs. We were the ones there, up close and personal who saw things first hand and had personal touch, so when we talk, it is witness to what we experiencedand not out of spite of any form.
