Most Nigerians are just WICKED people based on allegations. Last season, it was reported that Moyes turned down signing Dennis because of a report about his attitude in Nigeria camp. Today, some of them are here posting “unverified” reports that he is Overage knowing which can possibly discourage any real club from signing him. Nigerians Very WICKED/EVIL people They really deserve buhari because an apple doesn’t fall far from a tree

They were already slaughtering him on social media after being out for 40 days
Osimhen in 40 minutes created panic, he made some mistakes, but look at this picture
Starts from 50 yards to go press a ball that never looks like it could be his.
And instead he takes it.

He works had for his team and his pressing is no doubt too notch

Ever heard the saying, work smart, not hard ? That's what's applicable here. Haaland doesn't exert his energy pressing anyhow. All he has is positioning and high sense of anticipation. I have never seen any player who is ahead of Haaland in both qualities.

The fact that Osimehn presses hard doesn't mean he will definitely score more goals than Haaland in the City team. Osimehn in that City team will give the MSN vibe where every forwards will have almost the same number of goals and assists.

Both are quality players but with remarkable differences.
This season alone based on the chances Osimehn misses and his bad positioning, he should had scored Double figures already by this time. But, he is still young and has time to grow so long as he improves on his weekness like bad positioning, missing Sitters and scoring screamers

Another way to become a legend while not scoring many goals is to always PERFORM on BIG games lol. I just checked George weah numbers and asked myself how he won balon d’oor with such numbers. 18 goals a season in all competitions for Milan was good enough to win the balon d’or

We just need to ditch the idea of playing 2 wingers because we have so many top strikers. For now, we can play 2 out and out strikers osimehn and Moffi alongside one winger. The midfield 3 must never be compromised

And you clearly knew I was referring to league goals when I dropped Osimhen's goals Stats from 2019/20 till 2021/22. Your reply didn't even try to say I was speaking off-point.

But then... since you say goals across all competitions in a season and not just league goals... then you again just shot yourself in the foot.... grin

You should know this....

OSIMHEN SCORED 20 GOALS IN BELGIUM AS A 19-20 year old in the 2018/19 season.

That alone renders your point as already dead, null and void on arrival.

P.S:
And those George Weah Stats are not for his 1995 Ballon D'or year, Sir. Go back and do a proper homework.

Besides... I clearly asked you to show me where Weah bagged 20 league goals in any season at all. Fact is he never did. His highest ever was 18.

Despite you trying to play smart, The context was always the league goals. Always.

Goodnight.
My Apologies for calling you a CRIMINAL sha. Nonetheless, the Belgium league is a backwater league sha. In my opinion, I want Osimehn to score 20 to 25 goals a season before signing for a big club because big clubs aren’t patient with black players I.e Lukaku if you disagree with my stance, we can agree to disagree

This is not corporate America, Man. This is Football.

Now, tell us one time George Weah himself dropped 20 league goals in one season before or after he won the Ballon D'or.
Infact, tell us he dropped a 20-goals season overall (not league alone ooo) in his 1995 Ballon D'or year.

Talk. I dey wait.... grin

And oh... he was a black man by the way.

Hehehehehehehe... Checkmate-in-waiting. grin
Look at this CRIMINAL trying to change my words. I said “20 goals a season” and not 20 league goals. More so, I hope the Criminal isn’t trying to compare Osimehn to weah? I remember how the begging agent was saying Osimehn is better than Haaland until haaland made him drink shit. Anyway, osimehn has the potential to be a World class striker but, he needs to refine his game and score 20 goals for Napoli before aspiring to sign for Marquee clubs. Marquee clubs aren’t patient with Black players and if you no perform, dem go Finish you. Now, go and beg for a New Jersey Nnama

George weah: 1991/92 stats
Total 91/92: 47 23 8 2

23 goals in all competitions for Monaco then he transferred to Milan. Also, the 1990’s was more difficult to score than presently

Tell me one time even a fit Morata registered 20 league goals for any side. Just tell me one.

I doubt you would find one yet Morata has featured for most marquee clubs (Real Madrid, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Juventus).

Now... You just read facts and called it story, story, story.

But since you believe and know what a fit Osimhen can do... then that settles this discussion.

The wrong move would have been Osimhen moving to Man Utd this summer like some Shameless Man U fans in here wanted but thanks goodness that didn't happen.

Next Summer, Osimhen will likely get his big move after having another strong season in the Serie A under his belt. Maybe Man U will be a better place by then... time will tell. Other options also exist. Next Summer will tell it all.

So chill out with your "wrong move-destroy career" talks. He's been at Napoli for 3 seasons now including this current one. You make it sound like he's been on the move every other season.
Unfortunately, just like in cooperate america, a white player can fail multiple times and still be given opportunities but if a black man fail once, he might be done. The guy is still a young player that will have time to play for a big club. For now, let him give us 20 to 25 goals

He is ready to lead the Liverpool attack lines. Truth is he will have Joy in the EPL playing for a side like Liverpool.

And a fit Osimhen is definitely capable of hitting 20 goals in a league season.

You must understand that since 2019/20, factors have prevented him hitting 20 per season.

In 2019/20, he was on 13 league goals with 10 games left to play and the league was stopped due to Covid. It never resumed.

In 2020/21, his first season at Napoli, he finished with 10 league goals. Injuries kept him out of action for slightly over 2 months or so combined.

In 2021/22, again injuries struck and he missed nearly 2 months of action but he finished with 14 league goals.

Now again, he's already on 2 league goals in his first 5 league games. Injuries struck again.

A Stably fit Osimhen will bag 20 easily. That's the truth.
Story story story. Yes, I believe that a fit Osimehn is capable of scoring 20 goals but let him do it first then he can think of transferring to a marquee club. The wrong move can totally destroy a player career

To play for Liverpool as their main striker except he is going there as a backup. Napoli is actually a good team that osimehn needs to conquer before going to the next level. Osimehn hasn’t even scored 20 goals a season yet and a wrong move can possibly destabilize a player career I.e (Sanchez alexis)

If this match was of such great importance and quality ,then the players who participated, will have had a career boost. Will you agree❓

You would expect selection will be based on outstanding consistent exceptional performance.

That being the case Nwakali and Nwakali should have had serious progession by NOW. But Chidi Nwakali is now playing in Saudi Arabia and Kelechi Nwakali is in the doldrums of the Segundo division.

We keep defending Nonsense, that's why.

Uzoho and Okoye have shown in this window that indeed your inactivity at club level can really expose you in international games. That Match sharpness and concentration in vital moments of the game won't be there.

Even Adebayo made an error in the Algeria B game but at least, Simon was there to save the day. Aside that, he was okay for his first game.

I hope we see more of him so We can know for sure if we are also wasting our time with him or if he is the real deal.
Onyeka was doing a 2 man job yesterday considering that we played with 2 midfielders. Infact 424 isn’t a modern day formation and any coach that use that formation is outdated

4 major errors in this international break based on their roles were all made by Benchwarmers at their Clubs.

Okoye, Uzoho and Onyeka.

We aren't ready to be serious as a football nation. Keep calling up inactives and expect miracles okay.

Keep calling up lads who don't uplift the team tactically and technically. Just keep doing same of the same. Nonsense.

I rated that list 4/10 and it showed how right I was.
The question is, who are the alternatives? As bad as uzoho, okoye are they’re the best available presently and it’s sad. At the end of the day, we just have to be realistic on our expectations of the super eagles

yes I agree that his sack was merited but rohr would hv qualified the team ahead of ghana

That wouldn’t hv been achieved with pretty football knowing what was at stake. We all know Rohr’s conservative style would hv made the game more boring and rigid but tactically he would hv scrapped a win to qualify

Ghana wasn’t better but tactical their rookie coach was miles ahead of egu in both legs

Also against Tunisia at the last afcon the German would hv ousted the North Africans
How was his sack merited when he met all his contractual obligations? To me, I feel like all the bad luck super eagles experienced at ANC and wcq could be attributed to Karma.

Your excuse for number 2 isn't very clear .Rephrase it ..
Number 3, I don't see what Dalung has to do with that. Uyo stadium was the best available stadium pitch in the country at that time and it served us well.. What was the need to move the super eagles away from there? It all started after the world cup qualifiers ended.. Port Harcourt,Asaba, Benin city and then Lagos.. Dalung left, Sunday Dare came in but the matter remained...

Number 4, we failed to qualify for the AFCON twice in 2015 and 2017.. Under his tenure .
Our failure to qualify for this year world cup is on the NFF not the fans... I will say it again, sacking Rohr wasn't and can never be a mistake .The mistake was with the timing of the sack .When it was obvious that the man wasn't heading in any direction, they should have laid him off..Instead they offered him a new contract and kept him until the last minute ..
Number 5, I suggest you do some research... Was Nike paying the NFF in naira too? What about money received from FIFA and CAF? Money for participating in friendlies?
My friend, shut up because you make no sense. The fans were responsible for that coach sack considering that he met all his targets, it was an unmerited sack and we were compensated with our worst ANC performance in 30 years/no World Cup. The team that eliminated us were in a worse predicament than us After ANC and they got the ticket
