We Igbos do not vote in any cohesive group. We are too individualistic to be told by our so called leaders who to vote for. Seems like people do not understand the Igbo people. when i was in primary school, i once told my now late Dad that i will join the millitary when i grow up because i have ambition to become the president of Nigeria, he gave me incredible responce, he said for an Igbo man to get into the millitary or become the president of Nigeria is apparently impossible, when i asked why, i was told all kinds of Ojukwu this, Nzogwu that, and Aguironsi this, Gowon that, all manners of sensless stories,

But my fear is that an average Igbo man sees Ojukwu as Alexander the Great, instead of them to see and jugde him by the result of his action, they are seeing the supposed reason behind the self destructive actions, is like a german hailing Da Fullher as their hero instead of seeing that he brought germany down with his selfish desire to rule the world.
