You can only mention Hazard..

Lemme mention :
1) Di Maria
2) Falcao
3) Soldado
4) Morata
5) Higuain
6) Filipe Luis.

Players who dominated laliga but flopped heavily in the EPL undecided
Higuaín was a Serie A product when he came to England

Falcao was a Ligué 1 product when he came to England

Morata was not a flop. He's always been an average striker. Always. His best season in LA Liga, he scored 15 goals. What you were expecting him to do, is what I don't understand. Even the Atleti he returned to, 18 goals in 2 seasons. Abegi..

Filipe Luis, remind me again, how is a player bought for 20m, and played just 26 matches a flop? angry

Now we're done with that,
David Silva?
Kun Aguero?
Juan Mata?
Santi Carzola?
Alexis Sanchez?
Diego Costa?
Mesut Ozil?

Danny, don't start o. undecided

Which 5 goals ? Haba ,with no game time abi

At Liverpool he was playing at Chelsea he was not playing ,even the wingers at Chelsea aren’t scoring much self

He found it easier as far as I am concerned
They will not agree. Ever.

If Hazard predicament was the reverse case, a 100m La Liga signing that "flopped" in the first season, we all know how they would have been singing EPL is the hardest, like they get paid for it.

Hazard hasn't been able to cut it, all of them are doing like they didn't see it.

Someone was telling me that I shouldn't say La Liga's intensity was too much for Hazard to handle.

Oya tell us why Hazard dey play 3 games and dey go back to injury. Insists intensity is the wrong word to use that EPL get intensity. I insisted o, he said maybe they sold an injured Hazard.. I asked him, Hazard wey play pre season na im una sell injured?

They are so quick to preach their gospel when it favors them, but so easy to turn a blind eye when it doesn't

Salah is a winger while Lewy is a center forward so and the Italian league is more competitive than bundesliga
Salah is a winger, yet he scored 32 goals.

Imagine Lewandowski(that we all know doesn't get injured) in that Man City team?

Lol, or Prime Suárez?

Forget abeg....even put them in that Leicester team, 30 goals go dey drop steadily. I repeat, steadily.

I think Etebo's move is disappointing. It is almost as bad as his move to Stoke after a decent WC. There are more competitors for his midfield role coming up and i do not think this move helps his position.
I think he hadn't any choice. He left to Getafe, yeah?

He knew for certainty he couldn't stay in England.

I don't think anyone here has actually praised the transfer, we're more of, "well, it's better than Stoke"

Indian Super League side Jamshedpur have officially announced the signing of Nigeria international Stephen Eze on undisclosed terms.

"Owen Coyle is a top football manager who I have followed since my childhood when he was with Burnley, Bolton Wanderers and Wigan in the English Premier League,"
said Eze to the official website of Jamshedpur.

"I look up to him and was elated at the prospects when this opportunity presented. He is clear in his vision and that made my decision easy."

Eze has been allocated the number 66 jersey for the upcoming Indian Super League season.

Maldini too abi?
Messi also?

smh, I don't know who brought the idea that premiership should be the standard for measuring a players ability. I really don't know.

The fact that players never played in the premiership doesn't mean they're not class!!!

Who knows if Stoke city will end up in League 1 at the end of the season?
It doesn't matter. Championship is more competitive than many top leagues in Europe.

Aside our devalued naira, Nigerian bosses are the most difficult set of people to work with in the world... Them go make your life miserable because of peanut. They behave as if they are doing you a favour when they pay you salary.

I was listening to news one day when they were feeling out the achievement of a governor who's seeking reelection, I was really shocked and bewildered when they mentioned, "prompt payment of salary by 25" as an achievement...
It's our country man. Late payment, and even owing of salaries has become a norm.

So, a governor who pays on 25th, will brag about it

Tyronne Ebuehi on the mental and physical pain of two years missed

https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/695/cpsprodpb/168B2/production/_114283329_ebuehi.png

Gernot Rohr's young side fell agonisingly short in the semi-finals against eventual winners Algeria and Ebuehi said he passionately followed the crushing heartache in North Africa.

"I saw every game. It wasn't easy for me. I always wanted to be with the team and play in my first Nations Cup," he said.

"For me international breaks is always special, the friendships I've made and formed with the coaching and backroom staff, teammates and everyone in Nigeria.

"I was very proud. I miss that a lot but life is life. I was happy to see them play the way they did, unfortunately we didn't win but I know better days will come for us and more success. I cannot wait to be a part of the team again.

"Of course teammates, the coach, the staff and even the fans were in touch. I spoke with a lot of my teammates.

"William Troost-Ekong is like a big brother who never stopped giving me the necessary support. They've all been incredibly nice to me and I appreciate that.

"I can't thank the Nigerian fans enough. I don't check my social media messages everyday but once in a while I do and I see some amazing and incredible messages.

"So many people praying and wishing me well despite being away for two years. I will continue to be grateful for the support I get."

Bro please calm down, think it's worth discussing, u know, this is one of the many problems football youngsters face, Women distractions.
Worthy of discussing Phil Foden and Mason Greenwood?

That's the issue we were trying to address the other time. There are some topics that are worth discussing about, not necessarily derailing, on the thread.

World Class players, World Class coach, World Class teams. We want what's good for our players, and if it's to advise them to emulate Ronaldo, Messi, Lewandowski etc, it's fine. They can learn.

If it's too wish for them to have more ambitions and join bigger clubs, like many people did for Victor, like people have been singing for Ndidi. It's fine

It's all fine, not for too long. But I see absolutely no reason whatsoever why we should be discussing 2 English boys that have no ties to Nigeria, sorry, not even any of our African neighbours or nations, on this thread. Just because we want to discuss what's trending.

It's not so hard to stick to the topic of the thread naa. C'mon, you sef look am naa, Greenwood and Foden? Seriously?

Please, let's stick to Super Eagles players, dual nationality players abeg. We can branch to other things, but not about Greenwood.

It's the "trending" topic that you all want to discuss that's doing you, not that our players can learn anything from them. And this thread is not a haven for trending topics.

Thank you, sir.
