Anyway,emergency meeting has been called.
For messi to make this decision after much silence might indicate he's not gonna change his mind.

‼️Barça confirm that they have received a bureaufax from Leo Messi asking to accept the clause of his contract to terminate his link with Barça. The club says it had until June 10 to terminate the contract and that it is in the hands of the legal services as per @rac1

If he truly wants to go, it’s better Barcelona sells him for >=250m than keep a player that don’t want to stay and still lose him for free next season
❗Messi has informed Barça that he wants to leave. He has asked them to refer to the clause in his contract which allows him to leave for free at the end of each season. [tyc sports]

Messi won't go for 250m.

Pretty sure he won't. Maybe 100 sha.

Not saying he isn't worth it, but he'd not want to go exorbitantly

Messi has just communicated to Barcelona via fax that he wants to leave the club. The Argentine player would avail himself of the clause that allows him to terminate his contract unilaterally.

Ion like arguing. Messi asked him if he'd like to play for Barça after a match . Next thing, Barca bought him.
That is why he was sold back the following season to the same team we bought him from for even more money than we purchased him for? undecided

That's not what it means by their silence. But if you've done yourself the favor of reading at least 10 pages backwards, you wouldn't have had to ask the questions.

And no, 10 pages is not too much to read about a "gig" that would eventually credit money to your account

Deserved, not deserves.

Xavi and Iniesta knew when to call it quit.

But you have a striker, striker, not winger, that has not scored an away goal in 3 years. But he should keep starting because he was good.

History FC.

Barça are paying him 400k weekly to get fatter and miss goals my grandma would score.

Even the Griezmann people denigrate and plays on the wings, has scored. But the one whose primary job is to score, can't score.

And he still feel we're indebted to him. That's very right.

Name any other top club in Europe with a striker that hasn't scored an away goal in UCL for 3 years, please angry

Bro
Players are built by exposing them to tough tastes

Davies is in Bayern starting 11 at what age?
Ig they dont believe in him now. Is it when he clocks 33 years like the committee of elders in barca that you will play him
You dey mind us?

People gnashing teeth like if we had Davies in our team, he'd ever have benched Alba.

See, forget that talk. We don't groom players. We ruin their lives with bench, and when we eventually sell them, we fans come out and say, "they were never good enough for us", I mean, how can they come good playing from bench?

Was it bench that made Davies that good? Or they stuck their neck out for him?
Trent Arnold?
Pavard?

Come to Barça, it's stories. Good players that only need to play consistently enough, then after we kill their careers, they were never good enough.

Todibo
Wague
Araujo
Aleña

I can keep mentioning.....

We all witnessed the transition from Ronaldinho to Messi.

Selling Messi is not the solution to the problem of Messi-dependency.

We saw how Neymar solved that problem.

We saw how Dembele was close to solving that problem but for injuries.

Like you said we need a good coach and we need a super signing in the mould of Mbappe, Neymar, De Bryune or Raheem Sterling.
Even Eden Hazard is suited to Barca's style.

I wish Dembele could overcome his injury woes and with a good coach we could solve that problem with Messi still in the team.

Griezman is not good enough to could solve that problem.
I don't agree sha

Barcelona are reportedly facing paying a
huge sum if they want to seal the transfer
of Everton forward Richarlison this summer.
The Brazil international has shone in his
time in the Premier League and the Daily
Mirror note that Barcelona tried to sign him
by launching a £100million bid for his
services back in January.

Richarlison is now said to be valued at as
much as £143m, according to the Mirror, so
it won’t be cheap for Barca if they decide to
come back in for him this summer.
The Catalan giants could undoubtedly do
with making some changes up front after a
hugely disappointing 2019/20 campaign.
Quique Setien was recently sacked at the
Nou Camp after the club missed out on the
La Liga title, and were thrashed 8-2 by
Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Former Everton boss Ronald Koeman is now
in charge and could raid his old club for the
signing of Richarlison to replace struggling
attackers like Antoine Griezmann and
Ousmane Dembele.

Still, it remains to be seen if Barcelona can
realistically afford to splash out that much
money on one player at the moment.
Of course we can, but on Richarlison?

Even Bartomeu would be shot dead in Barcelona, not spit on this time around

Okay lemme get your point clearly one last time.

Even at 33 Messi is the best player in the world but the team that has the best player in the world must do away with the best player in the world
because the best player in the world has got no leadership skills.

Alright then.
