Why don't you check online. I can't go and start looking for stats all around. But know this, Pogba has the best stat among United players. passes, chances created, goal scored and everything. You think the people that voted Pogba into the league xi are dumb. Although some argue he shouldn't be there, you'll agree with me that except from Pogba, no other Man Utd player comes close to being even considered for the xi.. People don't know what they have until they lose it.. Just imagine a prime Kroos in this Man Utd midfield with the same teammates, do you think things will be different. I saw a post on Liverpool's reddit page calling on the other guys on the thread to troll Pogba's instagram page and pretend like United fans. The poster wanted them to say things like Bleep off from United, we don't need you, go to Madrid, things like that. I don't know if that was a joke and if it'd even have any effect but that shows you opposition fans know the importance of Pogba to United. We are the ones blind to it..

No one is disputing the fact that Pogba is the best player in that man utd team, My major problem with Pogba is his commitment to the club. Man Utd were winning games during the last few seasons of Ferguson not because our players were that great but because of the level of Commitment and determination to the team

Wow Man Utd fans are such clueless set of people. Look at them happy that Herrera is leaving United this season. Please I need to ask, do you have a replacement for Herrera?? I don't see United being linked with any sensible replacement . If we get interested in a replacement, what's the probability he'll sign for United? And if we get a replacement what's the probability he won't be paid the same thing. There are so many players in our team that don't deserve a major salary increase and Herrera is not one of them.. Herrera was a pariah under Mourinho and got to prove himself under Ole before the unfortunate injury and the contact dispute came into play.. He's United most committed player. I don't even know what to say to those people that believe this team will cope without Pogba based on that PSG Vs United second leg.. We didn't dominate them in any way, we were not creating any chances. We were really lucky that day.

He hasn't improved in 2 or more years. A serious player will do everything possible to improve himself even if the coach is not his ideal coach. What is the usefulness of Pogba, without him in the squad, we won away at PSG and We loss at home with him on the field. The only midfield or Striker that has featured in all our recent loss is Pogba, to show that without him in the team, the team can still perform. The best performance of Mourinho this season was the game without Pogba.

Most team depends on their youth team for defence players as it is more easier to be a good defender when the team has a very good midfielder than to be an attacker

That is what man utd need, hard working midfielder that is why I will prefer Scott Mctominay to still remain in man utd. During the last season of Fergie, most of our players were average, yet we won the league. It is in the attacking position, you need world class player that can turn things around.

I felt we needed fresh legs to hassle the defense up front and when I looked at the bench I just SMH. We need to be very ambitious in the summer

. Our bench is more better than any team bench is premier league, having Mata, Lukaku, Smalling, jones, Sanchez or Martial not starting is a big boost to our bench

I know many people who were employed with a 2-2 degree, simply because they excelled at the interview. You need to just ensure that your CV is tailored to the job requirements, or it reflects some of the qualities they are looking for in a candidate.

sure it is, but it is better to have it than not to have it as I know a lot of people with 2-1 or 1st class that have the same skill sets as those with 2-2 and 3rd class. You are right about that but what is the percentage, List the top 20 companies, any young graduate will love to work in and check their requirements for graduate trainee jobs. For self employment, class of degree does not matter

Oga, free your mind. I have had cause to interact directly with various HR managers across a wide variety of sectors. I have also consulted for different outsourcing firms, on a private basis. The jobs advertised on Nairaland, do not reflect what happens in every single sector of the economy, neither do such adverts capture all the job requirements in every single industry. Stop being dogmatic. Do you even realise that some graduates start off as contract staff in some industries, (with their 2-2 degrees or HND/BSc.) and after several months or a few years, they are are converted to permanent staff of such organisations?

. Mention any bank or Big firm that allows 2-2 graduate to apply for graduate trainee. that is my point am not saying some organisation don't recruit 2-2 but most of the lucrative job limit their application to 2-1. from personal experience, It is best for a student to struggle to get 2-1 or first class then graduating 2-2. Am not disputing the fact that your class of degree does not really show your worth

Are you even aware that to work as a teller or a junior contract staff within a local bank, you don't need more than an HND? Check with the outsourcing companies that supply contract staff to the financial houses.

Graduate trainees jobs is different from those type of jobs. I still stand on my point, getting 2-1 is the ultimate for those without connections and great oratory skills as it will open many opportunities not necessarily getting the job. Take a look at most juicy graduate trainee jobs on Nairaland and check the requirements

check most graduate trainee jobs advert, what they require is 2-1. There are exceptions to this rule which you sited which is part of the 0.4. Graduating with 1st class or 2-1 does not give you job automatically but gives you a fighting job in almost all jobs than being screen out even before the screening is being done
