This indriver is even cheaper for riders than bolt.
From New hall Unilag to Bera estate chevron; 4550 on indriver. When I checked bolt, it showed btw 6500 to 8500. |

Felicity0001: If a trip has a stop its tells the driver to confirm when they arrive at each stop without showing any waiting on the dashboard rather it says proceed to next stop so how does that translates to more money? I don't know. The attached pic is what shows when a rider puts a stop to a trip. It calculates and it shows you the amount increasing, as you wait

Felicity0001: Bros putting a stop or not doesn't matter provided its on Bolt or Uber it will still read the distance and time taken for the trip. I didn't know this bro. I actually thought putting a stop would count better. Maybe Baz and pearl should enlighten me more. I've done trips where they put a stop and I got better pay than when they didn't put. In any case, we all learn everyday. I guess I need more enlightenment on this. Thanks |

Glithronix: There are still good people with good heart around us, but some will still frustrate you on top the wait and your patience. I used bolt yesterday to take an item to my base, I told driver where my destination was exactly, but he thought of another place. When he got the place he thought I was going, I said no oga, my destination is still ahead, though not far, but traffic was his agitation all about. Driver just dey para inside him car about traffic ahead, but I kept my cool cos I've learned a lot here and the kind of calm person I be join. When I got to my place, I gave him extra tips on top the fare money. I didn't rate him immediately, and I knew he was expecting nothing more than 1 star due to how I snubbed him when he was ranting during ride... Like 2 hours later, I rated him 5 star, courtesy of this place, plus I understood all his agitation which was the traffic and a low fare, plus bolt 25% commission (on top Camry 2.4L). You have done noble. Nice one sir |

It's like bolt has started reducing DS if you don't pick a request and if rider cancels. I noticed it this night.
Meanwhile, I picked a rider today from around law school to awoyaya. While on the trip, the guy said I would have to enter chevron, that he needs to pick someone. I asked if he put a stop, he said he doesn't know how to and he doesn't know about it. I said I'll go but he shouldn't waste time. I got there(inside chevron company) I parked and he left. I waited for almost 30 mins. I had called when it was about 15 mins, but he kept begging me to be patient. Omo, I just dey there, dey vex. He eventually came with the guy. The guy apologized, but I made them understand that it was unfair on me. We eventually got to their house at awoyaya. Trip came to 8k plus, bolt gave rider 1k promo, rider to pay 7k plus. The guy transferred the money and told me to check. Omo Na 10k this guy transfer o. All my para and anger just died straight. I thanked him. He said he would thank me instead, cos I was very patient with him. He also didn't let me get to his gate cos it was very sandy.
This one don teach me to dey calm down with riders, if they don't put a stop |

VaselineCrew: Is driving Bolt still profitable sef with their low fares and 26% commission?
I feel like I’m driving for bolt and petrol.
Look at the screenshot of my day’s earnings.
First their commission today was 25.7%, imagine!
Then I used like 3k worth of fuel today, including some errands but mainly bolt.
When you subtract petrol money of 3k, all that’s left is like 1k after how many hours on the road.
Can a high earner break down their own daily earnings? Let’s learn from them as well.
Dashboard is just a mirage men! Bolt is just too cheap for riders and their charges on drivers are high. The most annoying is the promo they give riders. I don't know if they truly compensate drivers for the promo they give riders. I picked these tech young lads from lawani street, off University Road to Gbenga adeyinka 1st at lekki, it came to 3100, rider to pay 2k or so. Another short trip of 800. Rider to pay 400. Rider asked for change ₦100. I didn't have. She had to buy bottle water, to give 400. I checked the fuel I bought today, with the money I made and subtracted charges, Omo, it didn't make sense to me at all. Bolt Na rubbish app, walai |

Pearl1910: My brother people always complain, but hardly take steps to changing their situation. That's why we r still where we are as a people. If I tell u yes, that will just be my personal opinion. If u put on the Riders App u will see uncountable number of drivers. Partly because this action was not well popularized but majorly because many people will only support online behind keyboard but will be driving in real life. That's why I support a modernized, proactive and progressive union to engage, advocate, enforce and drive partners desires to the appropriate authorities. Well said sir. |

GeneralZodd: I never drive for one good week Driver score don dey drop. If I come drive for a whole full month, driver score go turn 25%. Riders dey cancel far distance pick up and Network dey mess up this new rating system. Before it gets to that, the person would have been suspended. If you go below 50%, that's 49% downwards, it is account suspension. |

WillyWonda1: I quite understand you well. But you see there's limit to which you can be patient. This man literally frustrates my work. He assigns works that I'm not supposed to do at all to me and I do with all diligence. This is an organization, and there are ways things are done. But he wants to always show himself. I don't regret my action in any way at all. No matter what, you shouldn't have unleashed your anger on your boss, unless offcourse you have a plan B if you lose your job. I learnt the hard way. My former boss did same to me. I went to report him to a superior (Indian). He was cautioned but that was the beginning of my frustration. One day I did the same thing you did, but I suffered more for it. He made my stay miserable and made the environment toxic for me. There was a day he said he will show me why they named him Akin. I wasn't patient enough, so I had to resign. A year later, he resigned too. If I had been calm, patient and tolerant, I would have taken his position. Getting another job was hell, after I resigned. In fact I'm still searching......after how many years! You need to go back and apologize to him. Try to be patient and tolerate him. You will win someday. Oga e ni, gba fun |

Pearl1910: On d new system u will not be able to filter trips, so u r forced to accept and complete all trip requests u get. In d long run u will do many more trips than usual. Every single Rider will get a driver willing to go to all godforsaking destinations, so according to their plans, all things being equal, they will make more money. Do you know there are requests that you would actually love to do, but before you get to pu, the rider will cancel. It will affect your driver score. That is not your making, but you have to pay for it, by having your driver score reduced. I have encountered so many of such! |
