Since I've been going to church, I've not seen any benefit. Na just to dey drop money for church. I've not stopped going but I really don't go often like before. Infact I've not gone for about 2 months now and nothing has changed, nothing has happened. I pray at home.

Though I don't work on Sundays. I keep it holy for God.

I once picked a girl on bolt from university road to ogba(inside) and trip was on surge(1.4/1.5). Spent time in traffic....I mean mad traffic(LG dosumu and ogba road) to the extent that the girl was contemplating on alighting cos she doesn't want to pay more than what she saw when she ordered. I asked what she saw, she said 4500 to 5k. When we eventually got to her destination, it was 5k.

Anytime it enters any negative, then you can't get request or negotiate on a request. Just load about 1k or 1500 in the morning before work. If you exceed it by evening, you can click on replenish, then click on card. 300 is the least. You can put 600 then

If you do card trips on bolt, they will transfer the money to your bank account, but if a rider refuse to pay and you report the case, they'd rather put it in the app acct than paying it to your bank account. That's somehow tricky to me cos I don't have time to start calculating the app balances

Not a bolt fan boy, but Bolt surely still have its perks. Was surge today at lekki phase 1 cause of heavy traffic. Did a 1300 trip on indriver for close to 1hr 30 mins, quickly switched to bolt...lol. Same trips on bolt was double the price

I really don't understand how 18 mins trip can turn to 1hr 30 mins. You should have explained to the rider immediately you clicked navigate and you saw 1hr 30 mins. If he/she refuses to renegotiate, you can cancel. Its better they charge you 130 commission, than for you to embark on that journey for 1300.

Indriver na calculation. This is how I do mine. If trip is about 5 to 8 mins.....1k. About 16 to 20 mins....1500. About 30 to 35.....2500. 45mins....2800. 1 hour....btw 3k to 3300. So that your trip should have been 4500/5000 or a bit more.

I have not worked for 2 days though, cos bolt suspended me till Sunday. I tried using Indriver but the prices I saw got me discouraged. Riders just dey turn down my offer. I just used the time to read up for a course I'm doing.

Yes, his rate was higher because he spread his payment over a period of 6 months. If he had Shorten it to three months, he would have paid less. But the amount they are charging is high for that three months cos it's short. That's my worries.

Even if it was for 3 months, it would still be higher than yours. Its your choice to take or leave it. I've given you my own advice

Best is never do anything that will make them come for you. Try as much as possible not to drop or pick up people by the side of the road. Obey traffic rules. One thing I always do in areas where I'm not familiar with is to always ensure there are two or more vehicles in front of me and I follow my map.

Those 2 or more vehicles might be wrong and you'll follow. They might not be stopped, but they will stop you.
For example, going to lekki/ajah from 3rd MB, you'd pass through TBS bridge...down. There's usually 2 lanes coming down the bridge. Some people form another lane(3rd) at the left end of the bridge and enter the next correct lane in front. I didn't know it was an offence before, so I followed some cars and I was stopped by lastma.

Don't let anyone deceive you with the InDriver thing bro. Request on InDriver is still low and extremely competitive that you can stay for 5 hours without doing a single trip.

Indriver isn't that bad the way you portray it. On Saturday I did an hour trip(twice) on Indriver for 3300. I did an hour on bolt without surge and it came to 2800. You're allowed to choose your price. The commission is also 9.5 compared to Bolt's 25. I'm not saying Indriver is better than bolt.....I'm just saying that they both have advantages and disadvantages.
Moreover, I agree it's highly competitive but then I haven't stayed 2 hours without a trip.

Why are some of these riders dubious? They tend to do fake transfers and when you tell them to wait for you to confirm, they would give you 1 star and write negative comments about you, on the rating.
A lady made a statement on my rating that I made her wait for 15 mins to confirm a transfer.

Meanwhile, another lady recently made a false transfer in my car and I delayed her to confirm the transfer. After waiting for almost 20 mins without alert. I told her to pls give my money, that I can't wait anymore. She said she would call someone to make another and asked what will happen to the one she did before. I told her I would transfer it back. The transfer the person she called did, entered almost immediately. Up till today I've not received the one she claimed she did.

They write negative comments about you concerning the wait....but I don't really understand what they expect. That you should just let them go without confirming the transfer! That means you'd pack up soon.

I even had similar experience late last year. I had to beg someone here to go help me track the man at the hotel opposite askamaya. The person here that agreed to help, said the man never picked his calls. This rider made a fake transfer and showed me fake receipt. I left. After some hours, I didn't get the transfer. I called him and he said he doesn't know what to do. At some point he stopped picking my calls. I was on the mainland around 5, hoping to get a ride to Lekki. Finally got the ride to phase 1. Parked my car there cos of traffic. Took bike to the hotel. Begged the receptionist to help me call him. We dragged the issue till he gave me 4k cash.
Just imagine what I had to go through just because I want to collect my money for a service rendered.

I really can't say; I work from 7:30/8am to 7pm and I make about 15k, sometimes 20, sometimes 23k or even 25k.

There was even a day I made about 20k before 4pm. I was so happy, only for lastma to catch me that I passed a wrong place. They took me to their Sura office and collected the 20k. I had to just drive home to rest n nurse my pain......... sometimes it depends on what the day brings.

It's ok for the hustle. I use muscle too. The difference with corolla is additional 1k fuel for a day job. If corolla uses 4k for a day, u use 5k.
