Shame made them to deny initially because they knew it was outside their purview to be deployed to a protest ground. This is why we have the mobile police force to take care of such occurrence when there's violence. Nonetheless, everything was just against the Army in this.

He shouldn't have invited the Army, he ridiculed the army to have invited them to a protest ground. The army is for war and not for protest. Besides, the protest was not violent as at the time of the Army engagement.

Why not just restructure rather than waiting for the imaginary proper management of resources. It's obvious, that's not possible in the present Nigeria. Restructuring will take care of this I believe.
