A crude rich nation like Nigeria should have all its roads paved.

NNPCL should get the refinery it has to work...stop wasting public funds on refineries you can't put to work. Let private companies invest in refineries...these set of politicians don't have what it takes.

America attacked Afghanistan and Iraq because they suspected weapons of mass destruction and support for terrorism, America have arbitrary sent drones, jets to kill who they don't like...see how they killed Ghadaffi...see how they killed Osama, and how they killed Saddam.

My friend America would have done worst to these men if they committed these crimes against American citizens or Americans.

15 trillion is a lot, government should compensate those living in the buildings...I never heard of anyone compensated yet.

Nigeria is rich enough to have decent correctional centres. That rehabilitate people. Clean place, sane, with decent meals and educational a d training schemes.
