My sister in law gets them from the East, she sells them in Lagos...why not liase with someone and it can be sent to you, authentic fio fio / agbugbu from the East via Ekenedilichukwu or any of those luxury buses plying East - West route on a daily.. your best bet if you ask me..

In UK you can easily get most of the dishes you listed above,the fresh Ingredients are widely available especially in African neighborhoods in London, I.e if you can cook them, if not, there are hundreds of restaurants that can easily cater to your needs..

Honestly, nobody should be missing these, the ones I tend to miss are those dishes that are indigenous to particular villages / towns in Igboland. Those can be difficult to find.. Your generic Nigerian dishes are everywhere these days..

Scent leave / efirin is called Nchanwu in Igbo normally used for Isi ewu, Nkwobi and Ofe akwu. I dont think it belongs to the Basil family..
