Which useful team have Croatia played? Nigeria, Iceland are useless teams, the reason people are rating Croatia highly is because of their win against Argentina, And we all know how useless Argentina were in this World cup. Their Knockout wins have been by penalty shootouts against Denmark and Russia.

Berate England all you like, you can only beat what's in front of you.

You mentioned powerhouse nations such as Germany, Portugal and Spain, but these teams were useless themselves, Russia 70th in the world knocked out Spain. French team are good but they aren't better than Belgian Red Devils. Belgium outplayed them but u know in football and in everything about life, its not always about the best or the smartest or the fastest or the wisest, most times success comes by luck and chance which was why Ecclesiastics said: "the race is not for the swift nor the wise, but of the Lord that showeth mercy".

So u can be the best in life and still end up a failure if luck doesn't shine on your daily endeavors.

Yes, they really missed the services of casemiro. Fagner just couldn't cover his position.. He was struggling to contain hazard throughout the match even with the support of fernandinho.

Belgium took advantage of their physical size and strength, you could see how Lukaku, fellaini, chadli, hazard etc easily won duels between the Brazilian players.

For their next match, France have players that can match them interms of physical size and strength.
