A 5G network has towers tens or hundreds of feet apart depending on user and obstruction densities , any device registered to it is only a few tens or hundred feet at most. If you use two towers the device distance becomes much less. Use 3 and you have Triangulation to within a few feet
The software used by Trump takes into factors movement of a device relative to the tower location and is considered the gold standard by police departments. Fault it
