You are the only one who does not know. Most of us know that when you declassify classified documents, the least you'd do is erase or cross out "CLASSIFIED" and replace it with DECLASSIFIED. In fact, you can very simply just add "DE" in front of the "CLASSIFIED" and say you declassified, though the actual process is more elaborate than all that as I've presented for you to read already.

Now, show us the document and let's check if the "DE" is there please.

If Toyota sells a car for 5k, a dealer can sell it to me for 10 and give me the documents for it. me taking the document to the bank is not enough. they will do their own research to know how much the car is valued. they can find out if it is valued at 5k or less. so what you present is not taken at face value.
