He cancelled all the plans by Trump to boost crude production in the US - from junking the Keystone XL pipeline contract, to cancelling leases for new oil production in Alaska. All these because of the hawks advising him about "climate problems" - but with no clear alternative in sight. How dumb can anyone be?!
