If those laws were strictly enforced do you think that Westerners would be flocking there?

Those laws might well be on the books but there is an element of hypocrisy involved - where else are people going to be fraternizing and drinking if not in bars and hotels?

Are you seriously telling me that you don't see people (Westerners in particular) walking around in very short skirts and shorts or very tight clothing? You've never seen men and women kiss in public in Dubai?

These laws might well be on the books but if they were strictly enforced most people would not go there.

The locals don't imbibe in everything you have stated above.

Nothing hypocritical about it- their laws were tailored to accomodate people of different faiths and from different cultures while also trying to prevent them from corrupting their system.

The weather is terrible so you get to see these kind of clothing around you but like the laws says it gets your movement restricted.

We also get to see off-license liquor stores everywhere in the UK, U.S. People drink on the streets and in their cars. In dubai, not all hotels even sell alcohol to start with and drinking bars are few.

Unfortunately, I have never seen men and women kissing in public places like hotels, malls.

Wild Wadi, any other other beaches are basically tourist zones so you get to see stuffs like that.

Go to Deira, kiss and drink in public- come back and say they don't have laws.

You go hear am!

Dubai is not the norm for a Muslim country.

They have opened up because they do not have a great deal of oil left and need other revenue streams.

So it might be a Muslim country in name but people drink alcohol, men and women fraternize and usury is accepted.

As for the HQ of Islam - that would be Mecca (a place where women cannot drive or seek employment without the permission of their male relatives), not Dubai.

Where did you get that from?

Nah so una dey mislead people. UAE is ruled under Sharia. Nite

1. Kissing in public is strictly illegal and can result in deportation.
2. Homosexuality is illegal and is punishable by the death penalty.
3. Non-Muslims are allowed to consume alcohol in licensed venues, typically within hotels, or at home with the possession of an alcohol license.
4. Restaurants outside hotels in Dubai are typically not permitted to sell alcohol.
5. The Islamic dress code is not compulsory, but prohibitions on wearing "indecent clothing" or revealing too much skin are aspects of the UAE to which Dubai's visitors are expected to conform, and are encoded in Dubai's criminal law.
6. The UAE has enforced anti-indecency prohibitions in all public places (aside from beaches, clubs, and bars).
7. Posters and handouts in Dubai's malls inform visitors of the official dress code. At Dubai's malls, shoulders and knees should be covered and wearing sleeveless tops and shorts are discouraged.

Romance / Re: Sex On The First Date; Yes Or No? by baslone: 10:46am On May 09, 2015
missclasssy:
When a guys wants to have sex with a lady on the first date it means the guy sees the lady as nothing but an object of sex.
It means the only reason he was attracted to her was because of her sex appeal.
Sex on the first date is wrong and it shouldn't be done. The first date is when partners get to know more about each other. It's like the ignition button needed to start the car that drives the relationship.
A kiss is okay on a first date, but not sex.

I don't blame any guy that would want to do this, I think the blame should go to the ladies.
Most ladies portray themselves in way that exhalts their physical attributes above every other quality they have that men only see that part of them.

Sleeping with her and tasting her goodies becomes the only thing in the mind of the guy so when he goes on a first date, the only thing on his mind is sex.

I remember an event that happened some years back, a friend of mine alongside her friends
were given a free ride to their apartment at Eleyele by some 2 boys back then in UI.

The boys stayed back in their crib playing ludo before NEPA switched off light. One of those boys right there
and then smooched one of those girls and had sex with her in the dark while the others in the living room pretended
like nothing was going.

One of the craziest and weirdest things I have ever heard. Fast forward to today. The two of them are married with two kids.

For me- In reality, nothing like love at first sight.

Every man's first attraction to a woman is "Lust".

Whether you have sex with him on the first date or not, if he will dump you he will. There is no
manual to keeping a man.

Just pray for a heart that loves you..

Same surebet 247 is a scam. I v being trying to make a pay out for the past 4 days they are declining the transaction, ppl beware of bookmaker u bet with.

This was the reply to the poster above you-

baslone:

This is almost impossible, the only reason you might not have gotten your money is if your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME as registered on the website does not match the ACCOUNT NAME you registered with your bank. In this case it will be reversed back to your account. Surebet247 pays out in maximum of 8hours, 12hours for few banks like Eco, Sterling and few others.

If your withdrawal is reversed, you funds get refunded back to your betting account and also get an instant message indicating the reason for the reversal. It's automatic and takes about 2 seconds.

Maximum payout in betting shops is N5,000 and its absolutely free. We don't take charges. Go back to the agent and claim your money- better yet you can provide me the details of the shop here and I will follow up for you.

I dont understand this, can you provide your user ID?

Unfortunately, he never replied. Obviously his story is full of loopholes

Can we have your user name sir.

It takes them a couple of hours to pay via Neteller and 2working days to pay to your debit card.

Bank account takes about 3days.

They all have pros and cons.

Most importantly, bookies should stick to their offers and promises.

Surebet247 bank payout is less than 8 hours, midnight inclusive.

yes, financially upgraded.. musically degraded.. i'm not interested in his money but his music.

Face of music business worldwide is beyond what comes out of the speakers.

It comes in stages- i.e recording, producing, promoting, delivering and monetizing.

Just like M.I(making more money at the moment but his music is just "there" ), I believe he is on that last level which requires management and business skills.

A lot of people don't make it this far, ask Mode9.

You need to give it to him

Falling off?

At the moment Olamide is the most featured artiste(not rapper) in the Nigerian Music scene.

Last year, management of Eko hotel announced that "Olamide In Concert" is their most sold out concert in 2014, co-incidentally the first show they have ever had without a Sponsor. Obviously, The agent will deny it ever happening. The betting cashiers could have done it without
the knowledge of their boss.

That is why it is stated on every betting tickets that - "DO NOT PAY CHARGES ON YOUR WINNINGS!! COMPLAINTS? CALL 01-2903333,3429892
