James Corden brought his 60 yr-old mum on his show to reconstruct Yakubu's miss against South Korea. And his mum scored from the same position Yakubu missed. . . . .His mum was wearing Yakubu's jersey too.

^^ who isn't better than obasi. you make it sound like its a tough task to achieve. osaze didn't mesmerize anyone in the greek game either. he has loads of energy but was selfish in the world cup. osaze wants to be man and he just isn't that kind of player. |

Akwasi: You are right but I wonder if you guys will have the patience to go through rebuilding. It means years of humiliation and learning.
The most important lesson to be learnt during a rebuilding process is the ability to love failure. It is only when your young players fail and your officials have the 'audacity' to continue to keep them together that you can succeed. Hope most Nigerians will understand because if you abandon the rebuilding process midway, your country must as well forget about soccer. missing an open net is enough humiliation for Nigeria. make we rebuild jare. old cargo like yakubu and kanu (you had a great career sir) can carry go. |

ThiefOfHearts: they why is there still a Cameroon match
quit cursing them jo everyone has to play 3 games. CIV has to make up a 9 goal difference. they have to win big and portugal lose big. not realistic considering brazil are playing below strength and african teams are scared of the goal post. |

Litmus: The hope is for Ghana to go as far as possible in order to cement the argument Africa needs more world cup positions. The exploits of Tunisia, Morocco, Cameroon and Nigeria resulted in Africa gaining more and more slots, Ghana can continue the fight. please give me one reason why africa deserves more slots ahead of south america and asia? north american teams sent more teams to the 2nd round than africa. una no get shame. nonsense |
