Good morning people, I got admission to WSB, I've initiated payment for my tuition fee, but I'm hearing appointment is the hardest thing to get now.

1) you can't get it by yourself.
2) To get it through agent you have to pay 700/900k.

Does anybody know why? Is this enabled by the Polish Embassy, why can't student set dates for themselves, like the UK, US and others?

With that amount you can't get anything on the island except ajah and beyond.

You can’t switch if you’re on tourist visa but other Visa’s you can if you meet certain requirement and won’t need to travel back to home country

If it were not possible how then do students change their visa status when they find a job after their studies?

If he travels to Germany on another visa status other than Study, or family reunion or asylum, he will have to travel back to his country of residence to get the get the required visa for study.

Learn German now won't be easy, as I have to be fluent as to partake in this, I'm thinking again may be I can go to another country and apply to Germany from there

No you cannot you must go back to your country and apply for the appropriate visa you need. You will not be allowed to change your visa status when you arrive in Germany.

You can.
As a Nigerian,having only WAEC won't get you into a German University.
You have to go for "Studienkolleg" ie preparatory course and pass the "Feststellungsprüfung" ie University qualification exam,before you can get admission into the university.
Note that this preparatory course is taught in German,even if you're going for English-taught programmes.This means that higher German language proficiency is required.
But,be ready to defend why you didn't get your first degree in Nigeria or why you're not yet in a Nigerian University at 24 during the interview.
Go to uni-assist's and German embassy's pages and inform yourself very well.

Not totally correct tho, VI is most expensive because of who atlantic, and the most expensive house in ikoyi is way beyond 6 billion, there are houses for rent in ikoyi that are over 50M per annum
