Op, the caption for this picture is WRONG. The same pix is on today's Guardian newspaper. It was a pix taken at joint inspection of ongoing construction project in Benin by Oshiomole, Esele and Obaseki.

Stopped my journey up the hill at the 3rd rest house; from that point you appreciate the aerial view of the town more. Also the rustic nature of the town and the layouts are Wow! Then you will see some boulders and rocks in the town gracefully adorning some houses/buildings unintentionally but the view is just a perfect artistic expression.

Hi OP, your plot is so strategically located. Advisably if the location has commercials prospects, I'll suggest you build a commercial property. And if its strictly for residential, you can take advantage of the adjacent roads and build self contained apartments (I mean having private compound for each flat/house).
