Most are fake, maybe all sef except Dapo's own.
Envy is like a cancer of the heart and sight. It eats deep into its inhabitant that they only see negativity in those far above them.

I am a yoruba from Oyo state. We know Ijebus are hardworking and fashionable people, they can spend a fortune on whatever tickles their fancies.

For you to conclude all are fake except for the Governor's spectacle shows you do not know the caliber of people in those pictures.

Poor People generally console themselves with such statement as fake for what they never dreamt could be possible for them in a lifetime.

Just because Dapo Abiodun is the only person you could recognize in the pictures. Some of these people may not be known to you, but many are far richer than the Governor.

Imagine saying Awujale is using fake glasses. Awujale will not even buy, Any ijebu indigene like Adenuga could afford to gift the oldest king in Nigeria.

Stop this negative comments about others successes, else you remain poor for life.

It is an honest and harmless advice

Arabs hate us more than white ppl do, still Nigeria which has the highest rate of black ppl on earth still the same country that has the highest rate of black Muslim visiting a country that the real ppl will actually kill you despite being a Muslim and they sure hate you too coz u are black. There is even segregation at the Mecca, did anyone remember the story of a big canopy that collapsed sadly, go check the news and see the country of the ppl that were victim.

Yes for Christian, Isreal is crazy too, no way God in heaven will support the killing of innocents, hundreds of them and them still no stop, they are satanic asf. God forgives they don’t.

In Summary, the victim in this story probably contributed for 5 years now to being her dream to reality, she came from a died died Yoruba state, nothing is ever said about Kwara apart from a name called Saraki. The ppl there are so brainwashed that they will still be a problem. Today if there is religion war God forbid, trust me Kwara ppl will start murdering there own brothers they are xtian but speak the same language oo.

They don’t even want good life or development, they just want 1 imam to sit them down somewhere and begin dey talk make dem dey listen.
Some comments here above show how people comment on what they do not understand. Ignorance is indeed a disease.

Most Nigerians in Dubai are not Muslims, There are people from all over the world living in Saudi Arabia aside in the holy land of Mecca, Saudi govt offers lots of scholarships to citizens of other countries including Nigerians in their universities.

I heard close to half a million Nigerians live in Saudi Arabia, most staying back after their graduation.

Looking back at black history, we have not had it good from any other race, there documentary evidence of how the whites enslaved and colonized Africa, no evidence Arab came to Nigeria to colonise us.

Individual Whites, Arabs and even Fellow Blacks can be very hostile to a fellow being.

Blacks are known to enslave and maltreatment fellow blacks.

The point is, no race is collectively better, no race is collectively worse, it is all an individual experience.

Stop spreading misinformation.

Muslims know why they go to Hajj,
People have different reasons for going. It is their business and their Lord, not yours.

The first Hadith says, "Actions shall be judged according to intentions behind the actions ".

If we have nothing meaningful and beneficial to say, it is not a must that we comment.

This what we need across the southern states from lagos to Calabar and from Lagos to Gambia. 200man or 500man carriage boat/Ship/Vessel.

Imagine if west African leaders invest in these across our waters. True African integration will be much easier and attainable with affordable and fun ways to travel. This will even boost the tourism because a tourist can fly into Nigeria from America and fly out in Cote d'ivoire after touring all the connecting countries.

Why do we keep having leaders who do not know how to create wealth but only know how to steal?

I've been using my Hisense Split Inverter AC for about a year and I've never refilled or top up the Gas ever since I purchased it new.

Now it doesn't get freezing cold like it used so I'm wondering if perhaps the Gas has finished or maybe there's a leakage somewhere.

Spoke to an AC Engineer, he said the Gas is finished and I'd have to do a refill.

He said the type of Gas I'd use is an R410 GAS and a KG is selling for N10000.

He said I'd probably use one and half KG.

Please how true is this?

Secondly my other AC after working for about an hour or more, it starts dropping water inside the house.

The same Engineer told me it's probably because of the short hose I'm using.

He suggested I get a longer hose that would go all the way down from my balcony to the downfloor.

Please what's your take on this guys?
It is difficult to give you adequate suggestions from afar, without any assessment of the AC.

I suggest you call another technician for second opinion and you can compare later.

As for R410 Gas, we do not know your location and it will be unfair to quote any precise price from afar. You can also make enquiries about where refrigerator accessories and spare parts are sold in your areas, take the pain to go their and ask the gas price from them.

From your calculation, it should be 27,000 per day, not 9000 per day.

Who really eats three times daily these days?

Most people eat twice in best case scenarios and once, in worst case scenarios.

Like someone said, level of education, exposure, location, lifestyle, discipline etc goes a long way to determine what is required to feed a family of 6 for a month. Those who enjoys eating out frequently will spend more, while those who do home cooking will save more.

Lordsonn:
But when Ganduje disobeyed court order, nothing was done.
Because Emir Sanusi was critical of both Ganduje as a governor and Buhari as a president when he cried out about excessive borrowing without production leading to 90% of federal government revenue being used to service debt.

He was the first to cry out that Nigeria will be in trouble if Buhari continued to borrow to fund bogus recurrent expenditures. He predicted that the economy would pay for the financial recklessness of both kano state and federal government. No one listened to him. Rather he was dethroned on account of his demands for good government.

So Buhari was equally happy to get rid of Sanusi, Ganduje succeeded because Buhari had similar objective to do away with him.

But with Tinubu in power, and his strategic planning for the 2027 election, he may not want to get involved in the Kano emir matter for now.

This is series two part two.

We have not seen the end of the matter yet

I have severally that even if a drunken judge gives a ruling, it must be obeyed until it's vacated.

The immunity bestowed on Govs is the reason for their impunity.
I wish the National Judicial Council and the Nigerian Bar Association will realize that, very soon there will be no need for people to go to court anymore because with the stupid and useless way the judges are being remotely controlled to please politicians, they will soon lose total public respect.

This same court was used by Sanusi to stop his dethronement to demand his fundamental human rights from Ganduje, who hurriedly dethroned him and banished him to Nassarawa state not to enter Kano again. Against court order.

Now the same court order is expected to be obeyed this time.

I will advise all those lawyers to start looking for other aspect of law or other means to survive because with the way things are going, no one will be bothered to go to court or need the services of lawyers anymore.

Justice is now for highest bidder or most connected.

When the judges are so corrupt they don't know where to draw the line.

People who are not directly or indirectly affected by the decision to re-instate sanusi and the judge could not ask the plaintiff about his locus standing on the case.

The corrupt lawyers and judges are destroying this noble profession and the consequences will be far-reaching if things continue this way.

All these will lead to anarchy, when people can no longer trust the court for fair judgements, they will resort to self-help in form of assassinations instant judgements of jungle justice.

Any society where those in the temple of justice cannot be trusted will automatically become lawless.

A word is enough for the wise.

I pity those students studying law right now.

Another two Chinese caught by EFCC in January for Illegal mining Buni in kwara state have both been sentences to 1yrs imprisonment and all the truckloads of lithium found in their custody have been confiscated.

We need to believe in our security agencies, no matter how bad the situation is, until you have compelling reason to visit a police station, then you will know you still need a police and they are doing their best given the circumstances they found themselves.

Not every British citizen has a passport, many do not intend to travel out of Britain till death.

But his argument his that, given his length of years he has spent with unblemished records, he has married British British ladies twice and have two successful adult kids who are doing well for themselves and the country, if he does not get special award for that, the least the home office can do is to hasten up and issue him a passport.

He probably does not know anyone else in Ghana or the way of life.

Going back to Ghana when he left as a student almost 50yrs ago will be a quick way to die.

He will be like a fish out of water. A total stranger. He will only live a lonely life, more so when he has no money to pay £7,000pounds. Ghanaians will only respect and welcome him back if he is loaded, not a liability.

So, in my opinion, his children should fight for him.

Nigerians usually do not take their security serious. Mobile tracker cost average of 60k to 80k as one-off investment. We sell this and many other companies also do.

With the devaluation of Naira, vehicles are no longer as cheap as before, the police are helpless, why are we also very careless with our assets?

With the mobile tracker installed in the car, it becomes very easy to recover both the child and the vehicle seamlessly.

The child and vehicle would have been tracked and the criminals arrested within minutes or hours of the theft.

Only in nigeria you will see a N40million naira vehicle and the owner finds it hard to install mobile trackers of less than N100k to protect the asset. And same owner will blame the police who do not even have fuel in their car to pursue the thieves.

This is by far one of the most viscerally terrifying kidnapping accounts that I have ever read in recent times. For typical law-abiding citizens who have never contemplated harming another human being, it is impossible to visualize the depth of gleeful, sadistic evil that resides in the hearts of career criminals who injure, maim, and kill their victims as a matter of daily routine. This first-hand account of a kidnap ordeal provides a jarring insight that lays bare in stark relief the abject paralyzing horror movie that is Nigeria in 2024.

Surveillance drones are required for deployment by police formations all over the Nigerian federation. With a round-trip mission range of well over ten miles, a used $500 DJI Mavic 2 Pro fitted with a new $200 extra-range battery sold online by Ali Express, could be issued to EVERY police station in the federation, after adequate laptop-based simulator training has been given to the drone operators. With this $700 security investment in all or some of Nigeria's police stations, and with flight batteries charged at a centrally located solar-powered drone battery charging station in each town, the tide can very quickly be turned against the kidnap gangs now proliferating with alarming speed all over the Nigerian federation.
This is my problem with all these insensitive politicians.
and thoughtless Nigerian politicians.

Nipping criminality in the board only require dedication and commitment.

In some climes, even in neighboring West African countries of Senegal that I know of as well As Egypt and Turkey, you see law enforcement in mufties selling stuffs around notorious locations to gather intelligence.

I have thought of the use of the drones but even if the police identified the Criminal hide-outs in the forest, many of these criminals have informants in the police who may jeopardize the successful arrest and the police in a locality may need serious reinforcement from higher command to confront these criminals.

All these take forever to happen in Nigeria. Where and when they are eventually arrested, some powerful individuals will request the case be moved to Abuja and they mostly get freed.

Wonder how these low-life criminals get easy access to AK47 and several rounds of Ammunitions?

It would take a serious leader with the right body language to flush out the criminals inside and outside the security forces in Nigeria. Enemies within are the major problems now after Buhari's administration protected these Criminal Herdsmen for 8yrs.

We all need to be vigilant. Imagine the driver who was freed. He ordinarily should be part of the rescue team but in my country many people are not bothered about other people's problems until it gets to their turn.

People aid and abet criminals without conscience. No patriotism of any kind, many fellow Nigerians will be willingly happy to collaborate with foreigners to destroy their own country for a paltry some.of money. P&ID example comes to mind.

Millions of Tinubu,Billions of Atiku and Trillions of Obi cannot fix Nigerians problems if we all continue with the attitude of me,myself and I.

We need serious re-orientation as a people. Our value system has been destroyed over the years by the military and the politicians but we cannot remain this way and expect our country to be the Next Singapore or India or Dubai.

Nation-building is a serious team work. And These obnoxious and brutal policies of Tinubu is not helping matter at all, many no longer see his government as people's government and all these mad policies will cost him his second term except he rigs himself back to power as most despot do

If you don't understand economics properly, opportunity cost, environmental impact, cost-benefit analysis, then there is no point deceiving the public on a subject you don't know. Bruce should be asked to keep quiet and listen to the experts.
Hmmmm.

I believe it is better to build the coastal road than for the money to be stolen, No right thinking adult will deny the fact that the successful completion of the project will open up more towns and villages to development.

The benefits outweigh the costs if it will be completed swiftly.

The major issue with the opposition is that they do not believe such project should be our priority now.

That is the prerogative of the Bola Tinubu administration, the bulk stops at his table, the rest of us can recommend to him but the final decision is his to take.

David Umahi responded to those who complained that the existing roads are in bad shapes, why not fix those, and he said all roads are being attended to.

Nigeria cannot develop without extensive road network, it is one of the major catalyst to growth and productivity.

It is a well known fact that about 50% of farm produce in Nigeria do not make it to the market due to bad roads, imagine what impacts opening up both Lagos-Calabar and Lagos-Sokoto can do to our farmers and the return on investment.

Tinubu is not responsible for the bad roads he inherited and even if all the roads were to be in good shape, they still would not be enough. Nigeria population are growing at a rapid rate and we need more roads, hospitals, schools, houses to maintain the economy.

I only hope Tinubu can look in the direction of massive mechanized agricultural revolution in Nigeria.

If I were to be Tinubu, I will stop listening to IMF, I will go to China, import millions of tractors and agro-processing equipments that can add values to our agronomy.

I will demand 100,000youths from each local govt to form Cooperative to either join the farming team or processing team.

Hunger is at the core of our economic challenges and if we take agricultural production seriously, we will see tge dollar come down seriously.

All these so called foreign investors shouldn't be our priority, they will come naturally when they see us making genuine progress.

But no meaningful development will be possible without security, good road infrastructure network and stable electricity.

We need to criticize responsibly, If we destroy Nigeria because we want to see the downfall of Tinubu so we can justify why those who voted for him are "Stupid".. That is similar to a man who is ready to burn down a whole building just to kill a rat.

I personally do not like many of Tinubu's policies, those policies do not have human face and may cause him his second time bid except something drastically positive changes or he will rig himself in using the incumbency power.

One year has been wasted inflicting pain on Nigerians.

Our lowest hanging fruits are in agriculture and it's value chain. Nigeria made her best progress till date when she was a powerhouse in agricultural production. Despite all the technological advancement, the world still needs food especially organic food. BRAZIL, MALAYSIA, INDIA, INDONESIA ETC, still make far more from single product than all the money we have ever made from yhis noisy crude oil.

For instance Malaysia made more from palm oil than we made from Crude oil.

Indonesia did over $50billion dollars from coconut charcoal alone to China. Google is your friend. Coconut charcoal is a byproduct of coconut wich all these coastal states can do right from badagry to calabar.

Same with banana, Colombia and many of these Latin American countries depend on the export of fruits like banana and so on to Europe and North America.

The coastal roads and more road network will really help develop our agricultural revolution.

All these will not happen overnight, as much as I do not like Tinubu's policies, I believe it is in the interest of all Nigerians that he should succeed, his failure will be felt more by Nigerians than his family members.

Even those abroad talking and cursing Nigeria, when there is a problem in their host country, they will call on Nigeria for help, I remember the arrowing experiences of Nigerians in Ukraine and Sudan before their evacuation.

Tomorrow is pregnant, let us be guided in all we do.

.if your black monkey politicians are always foolish looking for wetting no concern them how is USA at fault? If it's me I will drop offering box for every foolish Nigerian governor just like Willie obiano is currently living in 3 bedroom flat in another mans country 😂
I bet to disagree.

The school is helping Yahya Bello to launder illicit funds.

It is a crime and I am sure they have legal department or legal counsel to advise in such a case, if you help criminals to help keep his loots, do you need a judge to know it is wrong.

Some of these comments from Nigerians sometimes makes me wonder if we all want a Nigeria that can truly work for us all.

Can the school do the same for a public official in US. ?

I took stock of my farm equipments, and I didn't know I had bought tools worth around 2.4 M. Though I advertised some for sale and pending their sales I can use them as collateral for loans. I bought my tools and finances my projects from my wallet. Currently I owe no man and I am completely debt free.
I don't know how old you are, but knowing our kind of environment and rate at which most Nigerians get screwed and scammed.

It is in your interest to lay it bare for potential partners to see why you can be trusted. You are too discrete for anyone to take you seriously,

Several people have called you scammed, but you have not made any effort to convince us otherwise,

You need to come straight on what you need the money for and how you think the business can generate so much profit that you are sure to double the money for the owner in 4months.

Where is the picture of your farm, the picture of the equipments you intend to offer for collateral, is it movable asset?

Have you had enough experience on the proposed business?

Serious investors will not call you privately to ask, you should state it in black and white here. Otherwise it will be extremely difficult to expect wise people to do business with you except you are lucky to see some Maga

They should check which U.S reported it.
Tinubu that was widely rejected that he couldn't even have up to 160k votes from Lagos where do you think he got votes from?
Kano, Rivers, Plateau, Abuja or Kaduna?

We all know what happened even Tinubu and INEC knew Peter Obi won
I do not like Tinubu's style of politics and his economic policies so far, that said

I ask Obedients to show me local govt by local govt, state by state results of how Obi won.

How? Whatever INEC and Tinubu may have done behind the scenes, there were representatives of LP in over 120,000 polling booths out of 178,000.

Can we see the Authentic results of each polling booth, in each wards, in each local govt in some random states perhaps in Sokoto, Kebbi, Adamawa, Kano etc to prove?

It is childish to be crying over something that doesn't belong to you.

We know toddlers usually cry over other toddler's toy, but that is not expected of grown adults. If I can see the evidence, I am prepared to join the Obedient movement immediately

The school need to be ask questions,,how can someone who is a public servant paid such a huge amount of money and the management is aware of the kind of corrupted politicians around. The MF can't escape this.Using the state funds to secure the future of his children,,,ko le work
The School ought to alert the Authorities too in a sane environment.

In the United States of America, will Mr Huge accept such money and expect not to go to jail for conspiracy to defraud the Kogi State?

How do you accept to be iver-paid by such humongous amount coming from the Kogi state covers?

They even agreed to refund into a foreign account to be provided by Bello Family, not to send the money back to the same account that the payment came from.

We have always say it that the western world are the greatest scammers, they collaborate with our unfortunate and greedy politicians to help them siphon Africa's resources. And turn back to label us as fantastically corrupt, UK, US, Dubai, name it, political looters are investing their loots in all these countries and their authorities know about it and keep quiet, as long as the loots help their economy.

Hugh and American University will be happy to move the Yahya Bello loot to their US account for the benefit of the American economy while Kogi people are largely living in serious squalor.

I believe EFCC needs to do a search lights on many of these so called international schools, many politicians may be doing similar thing across.

And we are wondering why the dollar is always gaining and naira is crashing

It seems this is the new scam in town now... They almost scammed a POS agent closer to my house yesterday.... As the lady told us... She said they are 3 in number on the bike... The two at the back came down to meet the pos agent while the bike man was sitting on the bike... She said the guy wanted to withdraw 51000k including the 1k charges.. the pos agent press 5he 51k on the terminal while she handed the terminal to the guy to press his pin for 5he transaction to be finalized.... This guy just removed one of the four zeros the lady typed on the pos to make it 5100.... He then press the pin and the transaction was successful and writing on the screen.... Most of the machines like opay and monie point doesnt display the amount after successful transaction.... It will only write successful on the screen.... The lady just went straight to the transaction on his own opay app to check and that's when she found out it was 5100 and not 51000.... Immediately those guys knew what was going on... They couldn't wait to collect the card and the said cash.... They ran with the bike man
Very common. Reason it's advisable to check your app before you release cash. Once the customer hold on to the terminal for too long. Endeavour to check the app for confirmation. I keep saying it, 99% of Nigerians are criminal minded.
Your last statement is unfair blanket statement, may be you are criminally minded, using 99% is cruel of you, just because you want to make your point

I am not sure you can go beyond trading with that money. Buying and selling of staple foods or POS Business inside large markets

Becateful of online partners.

Or you go and learn trade of your choice through apprenticeship.

Good luck
