On the 27th of august I got a mail my visa has arrived visit visa department and they will answer me within 15 working days .. I was excited and thought they will answer me faster . On the 13 of September which was travel date I got worried and sent a mail they replied two days after that my application is under process I say wahala o . Two days after I called say make I hear from them straight to straight o , they picked and the lady that picked said there’s delay cos it’s their peak period and after two days I got a mail they have been considerable progress on my case I say hmm okay. I was praying and hoping I got sick that week and that helped take my mind off it… then September 27 I got a mail for tls I started dancing without even caring what the decision might be o . The next day which I’m sure dhl will delivered I started getting sad �saying wahala o .
Long story short got my parcel and before I opened I prayed . God did it .

Promotion letter
Cover letter explaining I want to come to their country to rest and visit exciting opened place that that take covid precautions
I explained my inflows as I’m always moving money from my students account which is were they pay my salary to my savings account .

Even UK embassy Abuja wrote letter concerning it...


I don't have data...kindly do as if u want to apply for visa, once u will see covid 19 rule and lists of countries in the Red, Imber and etc...

Read through it....that is why standard visa is kind of paused....

Why ?

If u check the uk website is like Nigeria is in the lists of those paused for uk visiting visa.

I just included it since the company I worked for asked all the staff to do the test...

Just know how you can explain your covid-19 aspect...like me I already did the covid test and it came out negative and I included the test results in my application...

I apply for renewal online and make payment of 26,000 and printed the receipt and acknowledgement slips coupled with some documents...

On Getting to Ikoyi office the crowd is much, and I was told to come back in 4weeks to submit my documents...

So I called someone he referred me to someone and their, he collected 10,000..
Now I v done capturing.....waiting for passport collect

You can't make payment of more than $100cad from your atm card. Your best bet is getting someone abraod to help you make the payment.

A LinkedIn member send a private message to my LinkedIn page...asking if I need a job and o said yes......she send an email that I should forward my CV and cover letter to the mail after 2days i received the above email and two document starting the type of Job's available and the contract form to sign and scan back within 7days..


But my question is I was asked to get UK labour Certificate....how can I go about it

my moms application was just denied due to negligence of the VO which is very annoying. As the sponsor of her trip, i submitted 2 bank statements with a cover letter explaining that the GTB statement was to show my salary while access bank was to show my savings (balance of about 4m) can u believe they didn't even look at the access account. They said my GTB statement has just 390k (salary acc) hence as the sponsor i am not sufficiently funded to sponsor my mom .
another annoying fact is that the VO claims my moms account had a lump deposit in November 2018 (which we explained was a Treasury Bill Maturity) with evidence from the bank. Imagine this same VO claims they are not satisfied she can fund the trip. Is this madness? This Tbill has been my moms savings over the years which she has been rolling over once it matures. The VO didnt even look at the investment advise or any supporting document. In my moms account it was so obvious she had to investment over a while. Do u think i shd reapply and represent the documents again. This time i would state all the documents provided in my form and let them know we had provided evidence of the funds in this application but it wasnt looked at,

See below the reason..
You state you are retired and have not declared an income. You state that you have
savings of £7476.22 and that you have recently cashed an investment which is
indicated in your bank statement. However the transaction history in the copies of your
bank statement you have provided indicates irregular deposits made to your account
in November 2018, that are not in keeping with your stated personal circumstance or
income and for which you have provided no explanation. As such I am not satisfied
that you have provided an accurate portrayal of your current personal circumstances.
 Given the above I am not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your
visit and that you have sufficient funds to cover all reasonable costs in relation to
your visit and that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor. Your application is
therefore refused under paragraph V4.2 (a) (c) and (e)
 You state that your daughter...... will be funding your trip with
£1000 and in support of this you have provided a copy of her bank statement. The
closing balance for this account on 5 May 2019 was 390561.80 NGN (£830.86

sponsor can and will provide support to you for the intended duration of your stay.

Sorry for the refusal.......u can reapply with same documents and draft a separate letter to clarify the bank statement
