Hello. This is a fair report considering the fact that you got a mail initially for misrepresentation. Its good to know you are not ban or inadmissible. If its ban, the VO would have ticked the box for ban or inadmissible.

All you would do now is to order for a GCMS note to have a good idea on the VO's perception about your application, reapply and hope for the best.

Because it could mean fraud of which you know nothing about...and you know that when you sum it fake document it could mean five years BAN from Canada. .

1. Statement of account showing that he has enough money to sponsor you and also take care of his dependent(s)
2. Sponsorship letter
3. Any Proof that shows he is your uncle. Could be birth certificate, marriage certificate etc
4. Affidavit of sponsorship.
5. If he has assisted you in any way financially before, you can add the proof.

This necessarily isn't about tomorrow. Helping in this context would mean reviewing an already written SOP, making corrections and giving suggestions. Plagiarism is a serious offence especially dealing with canadians and we should not encourage it.

It doesn't matter whether a person is directly involved in it or not. We should not even aid it at any instance.

If chances presents a VO the duty to go through different applicants' SOP with similar content then the
case of help may not be considered.

So why i actually relate with what you mean, one or two persons may not. So i think we should outrightly discourage it. The consequences are always grave.

@maziude I gbadun your style boss. Ever since you got your trv you have been so active and helpful on this thread nevertheless you need to be very careful with how you share your sop. Am not saying or assuming that if in case your sop is copied for application of any sort your visa will be affected oooo. No. What am particular about is that try and teach these men to write good sop. Plagiarism is an offence hope you know. Make them write something and help them build it. I do that on daily bases and it has helped them a lot. @darrey and yemmdogg taught me and now am good. So train them boss.
