Since pictures emerged the FG has been giving out stipends to Nigerians to cushion the economic impact of the covid19 pandemic, some people, largely the opposition, have been alleging the intervention is selective. Particularly, they allege that only northerners are benefitting from it and only them will.

It is unfortunate people are bent on playing politics with this situation that poses an existential threat to us all irrespective of our tribe, religion or creed.

As patriotic citizens, it is our duty to investigate and bring the truth to the public especially as they relate to how government handles its business. One might want to overlook these lies sometimes, but some of us know just how volatile some of these lies can be, as they promote hate and intimately insecurity.

3. Elon is not making ventilators. He purchased them from Resmed albeit the wrong types which is why he can't sell them in the US and is therefore giving it away.
4. Innoson already asked for 4bn. Whatever his price may be, is it not much better and easier for govt to beg its own citizen than begging a foreigner. Since this govt have adopted begging as a policy of intl relations with your support, why can't we adopt same in local relations as well.
5. Kindly name the young entrepreneurs stepping up. Last I checked, other countries are asking their big auto makers to build ventilators not SMEs. While it's ok if SMEs can step in, I think it's reasonable for them to show capacity because they're simply not big. Besides, innoson, we have proforce in Ogun state and another in Lagos state that assembles brts, why can't they be engaged or is begging better than engaging those?

modify your Dyson story to the fact that Dyson produced a prototype, before orders were made..... I don't see why there is an issue here. If you can do it, produce at least one or two and the orders will fly in.

This is not tribalistic it is basic business. If not every company that assembles anything will ask the FG for 4bn to produce ventilators.

If he really can do it, he should produce a prototype and present to the FG. If it is rejected without concrete reasons only then can we begin to condemn them.

And he should act fast, because while he is waiting for the Govt, someone else is preparing a prototype

Lol like he is the only one gtb steals from....ps there are mechanical ventilators that can be built and produced easily....which is what the University is trying to do.....if you dont believe me Google Virgin ventilator design or funfere koroye who is even Nigerian....these are people who have designed and built ventilator prototypes to help provide a solution....meanwhile innoson that has not put screw and bolt together is asking for 4billion.....lol.
