But seriously, I don't understand how an adult will just go missing. It baffles me. It's either something bad happened to him (God forbid) or he doesn't want anyone to know his whereabouts. I have a friend in my secondary school days whose father disappeared a day after buying a brand new BMW car. Till today, no body have touched the car. It's just parked in the compound.

My frd is 43yrs old and in her second year nursing degree in the UK.

She and her family gets looked after while she is studying.

If you really need a good land, talk to the experts on here I.e lawyer,brabus etc let them give you first hand information... You have a budget and most of the samaritans here are only looking to devour on ur money...the more the cheaper the land is on the island the more you shoulf be careful of RISK...

Truth am tired of the process. I have seen a few plots but for the price they askING Is not worth it, coupled with some agents here trying to sell off govt land to unsuspecting clients. I work too hard for my money, I cant gamble with it.

Well, given that your niece is a simple applicant you don't have to read both Parts 7 and 8. One part alone will do, and this is mostly valuable for the TRV (temporary resident visa) application portion.
In any case, the two links I provided you are more than good enough to get started.

If you insist on getting an agent, then why not instead ask one of the gurus on here to help you and then dash him/her/them the money you would have given an agent! I'm one such guru , you can view my posting history. . Most agents are not better than the gurus on this thread.

Also, I should add that your niece may need to be invested in the process (irrespective of if you use an agent) in order to present her application in the best way possible. Best of luck.

Yep, don't use an agent. But then you (or your niece) would need to be willing to read the relevant parts of thread or use Google.
Part 7 or Part 8 of the thread is probably best to read. Also, your niece is a very simple applicant so make sure she doesn't waste time in applying to the school and then apply for TRV shortly after (or shortly before) she graduates.
