What goes on in China is basically lack of exposure, most of them have never seen black people up close, I remember when I first had contact with some Asian people myself, I was equally fascinated, and I thought all of them knew Kung-fu and Shaolin martial arts so I started asking them questions that should have been thrown to Jackie Chan, assuming they were all Kung-fu masters, and as you can imagine it was funny... lol.
Same thing, the average China man knows only few Blacks; Kobe Byrant, 50 Cent, Usain Bolt, "Lihanna", and probably Jay Z, so if you went to China and recieved odd stares, they are probably trying to place you up with one of the blacks they know, and the place up results could be either; good, bad or ugly... would you blame them?
True they lay much emphasis on very fair skinned women as they feel it portrays beauty, but like I said it boils down to their enlightenment but they are far from racist... they are just not that enlightened or exposed, dont forget there's that annoying language barrier too.

Note, institutional racism is defined as the collective failure of an organization to provide an appropriate and professional service to people because of their skin color, ethnic origin etc and this is very common but subtle in public institutes in UK

I think dats more in the police and judicial system.

But these countries listed probably have street level racism and institutional racism.

The last time I ate akara that looked like these was back in 2002. My neighbours' maid used to prepare it every saturday then. It's usually smooth & sexy compared to the kind I buy across my street! Those ones usually have some kinda skin disease & u hear this 'distubin sound' while chewing....argghhh!..[ if u know what I mean ]. I still do love my akara tho...but I prefer these kinds. I really don't know why the sellers' can't be like these.

Akara is generally deep fried.

I was on suicide watch for one of the inmates.

Its just the thot of it being a prison.

And the place is very old , feels very medieval.
