Garden egg is just great with yam. I can almost eat it with eba sef, come to think of it, some recipes do add garden egg chunks to okro stew. Very tasty.

It depends, if u can find out how much the demand for sociology is, then you can decide what to do. Like bus. Admin is very competitive, a lot of people fill in bus. Admin.
But I think you should fill in what you wanted to fill, bus. And sociology i.e if u don't mind settling for sociology. If u want to study strictly bus.admin, then put in bus. Admin in 1st and 2nd, it doesn't really matter cos u have a good score already.
