I nid help with my new HP630 laptop. It's 2 month's old and
evrything ws working fine till recently that my bluetooth icon disapeared. And since
then, it refused to recievd files via bluetooth.

Pls what can I do?

you need to do a system restore.just lunch system restore,then choose a back date to when u started having problem with bluetooth.hope it works.

It is connecting you online to download updates.try and search for it on your model website.you can use drivers genius software to scan and download missing drivers.that was how i solved mine.

What is exactly the problem.is the laptop refusing to power on or it comes up but do not boot up to desktop.did you install any new software or updates before it was restarted.

@domack,i would advice you to use external cd drive because it wont corrupt your burnt file.using of flash corrups the file.

@habruzzy you did not specify your laptop model.you can try downloading bluetooth drivers online or download drivers genius
